Just over 2 years ago I wrote a short guide on “How to make your first 50k as an OnlyFans manager/agency”.

It was designed to be a high level intro into the space for people who wanted to just get started and frankly, a lot of it is very basic and also a tad outdated for today's landscape.

The market has changed a lot, and it’s matured.

Before I write anything here. I want to be clear - this is just one perspective on how I’d scale up a new OFM agency if I was starting from scratch and looking to build something. This isn’t the ONLY way. Many will read this and find disagreement, and that’s ok.

This guide will be outlined slightly differently than my last free guide, as well as being quite a bit more detailed.

1) Figuring out your goals.
2) Building your OFM brand.
3) How to position yourself for success (pre-rev).
4) Where / how to find your 1st talent (and beyond).
5) Content
6) Marketing / traffic
7) How to build a chatting system / build chatting teams
8) Setting up OFM SOP’s
9) Legal & compliance
10) Scaling up your business / reinvesting profits
11) Offramp / exit

Again, just like my last guide, I believe strongly in not gatekeeping information and also helping build an industry ethically. There are so many OFM (OnlyFans Management) teams that are uneducated and running around hurting this business, as well as creators. This is a large ocean, just like SMMA’s (Social media marketing agencies), there is a lot of space for quality people.

I'm not a professional guide writer so forgive me in advance if this isn't formatted in a way that's easy to read lol.

1) Figuring out your goals.

What? I know my goals, I want to make a million bucks running OFM!!

Yeah… I know.

But that can be achieved in many ways. Again, this guide is not a rigid “Do this and that and you’ll make x”; that isn’t the real world. Anyone who tells you that is probably trying to over simplify something to sell you something.

As the old saying goes, “give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime”.

This guide isn’t just a breakdown of OFM, it’s a playbook you can hopefully leverage for many other client facing service related businesses.

Goals aren’t just about the end goal. It’s about the road towards it.

It’s also about your own network, your experience and your capital.

Are you a seasoned SMMA owner who has handled 50+ clients at once?

Are you a 21 year old just looking to start something with $500 in your checking account?

Have a network of 100 creators but just don’t know what to do with it?

Are you a seasoned chatter who’s tired of making only a small cut?

Where do you live? Who do you know?

These aren’t questions I can answer for you, but take a second and think honestly about where you are at in life, what you have as a knowledge base, who you know and how much time you have to put into this.

Got them? Ok great.

The good news, regardless of what you answered, you CAN eventually build this into something big, but the timelines and how you get there will be wildly different.

A piece of advice, don’t lie to yourself here, it will only hurt you and the people you try and involve.

There are several types of OFM’s you can set up, depending on the above.

1) One man band managers.

This is often laughed at by people who don’t know anything but the truth is, this is where a lot more people should start than they care to admit.

Start small, just you. Partner with 1 creator and do everything on your own. Yes, even the chatting.

Why? You’ll learn. No matter what I write here, nothing beats experience.

2) Small, remote OFM team.

A common and totally wise place to start if you’ve done your due diligence and everyone has a role. This often doesn’t make sense if it’s just 3 friends who all want to do the same “job”.

For these to be successful, just like any other startup, you need synergies amongst the team.

A marketer, a client facing member, lead chatter, etc…

3) Agency startup.

You’ve got experience in business, have capital and want to hit the ground running?

This is where you should probably go.

Can be 1 founder or 5, doesn’t make a difference.

Can be remote or you can set up an office. That’s all about the brand you want to give off, which we will be getting into more shortly.

Hire chatting teams, VA’s, etc…

4) OFM service provider

Seasoned in OFM traffic or been a chatter for a 0.05% creator before? Want to make a larger share but don’t want to handle the entire A-Z of OFM?

This is a great option for you.

Niche down and specialize in what you do. You’re a true service provider and this can be as profitable as running a large full service agency. It’s all about positioning and scaling.

2) Building your OFM brand:

Sorry if this is all a bit long winded, but I think the basics of goal setting and brand building are often really overlooked with many client facing businesses.

Remember, you aren’t selling a service, you’re selling trust.

Now, regardless of your goals and type of OFM you want to run; the brand is something very abstract that only you can decide.

Brand building is much more about making a promise and keeping it. Whatever it is.

If you’re trying to position yourself as the top new OFM group in Miami, well, you better get a nice office, have content houses set up and be ready to spend on collabs.

If you’re set up as a remote start up, spend time creating a high trust landing page and don’t spam people on Instagram, X and TikTok.

The basics of branding in OFM are very simple, regardless of your goals:

1) Build trust
2) Show credibility
3) Leverage success as social proof once you have it
4) Be consistent and reliable
5) You’re more than a fucking logo. No one cares.

Everyone starts from 0 so here is a short roadmap on how to set up any OFM brand and then scale it:

1) If you don’t have any creators yet, don’t even bother with a “brand” beyond just setting up a clean landing page, “branding” (not the same), and focus on your 1st creator.

2) Once you have traction and some success, begin pushing tangible results onto social media. This isn’t how you’ll attract creators, but it’s a great way to build trust with the 2nd and 3rd creators.

3) Any agency's brand needs to be about trust, execution and reliability. Maintain that brand promise every single day to your talent, your team and to prospective talent.

4) Once you have working capital and stories / evidence worth sharing, leverage it across socials, IRL meetings and events to push your brand out into the ecosystem.

5) Your brand will get stronger over time, it took Nike a long time for everyone to know their brand, their logo had nothing to do with it. It takes time.

3) How to position yourself for success (pre-rev).

This is probably very redundant for everyone but I still wanted to include this section.

Before you even think about signing a creator, make sure you’re actually set up to deliver. Nothing will kill your reputation faster than overpromising and underdelivering.

The bare minimum you should have ready:

Marketing plan: How you’ll get traffic and/or build creators' brands.

Chatting system: Even if it’s just you at first, have a clear process, tools and SOPs in place.

Legal + contracts: Protect yourself and your creators, adult content is nothing to play with.

Entity / banking: If you’re running this seriously, set up a corp and a clean payment flow. It’s worth it in the long run.

Execution readiness: Whatever you say you’re going to do, make sure you can execute. Again, we’re selling trust here.

If you check these boxes before you chase your first buck, you’ll avoid 90% of the mistakes that sink new agencies

4) Where / how to find your 1st talent (and beyond):

Kind of a weird thing isn’t it… finding an OnlyFans creator and getting them to give you a % of their income?

Yeah… it is. And the creators also find it weird by the way. They also get asked 50 times a day. “I run a top agency and can help you scale, DM me back to learn more ”.

Don’t do that.

This is actually going to be the most frustrating part of this entire guide. Because I don’t really have secret sauce here.

I will never recommend that you DM 1000 creators and find someone. Because that relationship from day 1 will have 0 trust in it and anyone who is willing to let some random on the internet work with them who has 0 brand trust or credibility is probably not a good fit for you.

Doesn’t mean, to be clear, that it can’t happen. I just won’t recommend it.

Just like a real estate agent starting off their first day at the office, you need to write down a literal list of everyone you know who you think either would be interested, is doing it or knows people.

You’d be surprised. My guess is you know at least 1 person who is friends with an OF creator.

If not, get involved online with OF communities. There are tons of Telegram, Facebook, Reddit and Discord groups full of creators supporting each other.

Get involved in them and begin supporting where you can. This takes time. Don’t just jump in and start cold pitching people. Build relationships and over time, once you have trust, you’ll find people are quite receptive.

Warning: 99% of those groups forbid that type of soliciting so make sure you spend the time actually building relationships (not scamming / playing people).

Basically, don’t be a scumbag. Be a good, helpful person who provides actual value. Always.

5) Content:

Content for OF really ranges depending on the niche of the creator and also their brand.

We will dive more into creator brand building in the next section but for now, I wanted to lay out some core principles for OF content.

Also to note, if you’re looking to create AI models, I don’t personally have a lot of experience with them but the same principles do apply.

You need to break down their content into several different sections:

1) Content for socials
2) Hook content for free OF accounts
3) VIP content (paid page)
4) Chatting content (PPV)

Regardless of content style / branding you need to begin operationalizing the creators content system.

This is going to be the top of the funnel 90% of the time so this is where you actually begin building the relationship between the creator and their fans.

Typically, there are several platforms that are going to be your hub for this:
  • Reddit
  • Tiktok
  • Twitter/X
  • Instagram
  • Tube sites
  • Youtube (yup)
  • Telegram

Again, we will dive more into what to post in each of them in the next section but in regards to how to actually run this, you need to develop SOPs (standard operating procedures) that are repeatable and scalable.
  1. Have the creator do a content dump day. Typically two/three times a week is good and protects their bandwidth for PPV content / collabs.
  2. Raw content is KING. Yes, for video shorts / tiktoks etc… you often need skits / trend content but learn how to take raw long form videos and also image dumps and edit them into high quality and appealing content that fits their brand
  3. Leverage google drive (or something similar). Please, get organized. If you’re running this correctly, even 1 creator can upload 100+ pieces of raw content a week.
  4. Folders are needed. Socials content, SFW, NSFW, upsells, funnels, hooks, (and get more granular) will save you time. Time is everything.
  5. Make sure the creator understands that PPV content is a great way to make big bucks so when you get “custom” content requests that aren’t in the folders, you need that done ASAP.
  6. If you are local and have the budget, help the creator shoot either yourself or bring a videographer (but use an Iphone/android).
  7. The less professional, the better. Sounds weird but fans want to see raw and real life. They don’t want to see over produced content.

An example of taking raw content and breaking it down can be as strange as having your creator shoot a 25 minute yoga video. Start with real yoga, then over time it gets more and more NSFW.

You can leverage the SFW as teasers / images across socials, turn NSFW into gifs for reddit, X, short clips for hooks on a free OF and then longer form content onto the VIP. Upsells in the chats could be “the climax” and/or even custom content that was inspired from it.

6) Marketing / traffic

Probably the part a lot of you skimmed to. Hope it’s not a disappointment but just a warning, there isn’t a breakdown on how to create a massive Reddit farm.

The landscape has really changed here. I don’t want to piss off a bunch of service providers that are on here either, as I’m sure what they do is killer and 100% works. I’m not here to challenge them.

From what I’ve seen, however, OF marketing really has stayed quite evergreen. If you’re looking to start a real agency that is sustainable and scales, you need to focus on the basics. The “traffic hacks” can be additive and I’ll only lightly touch on them here.

One thing that will never change, is the psychology of a subscriber.

There is a LOT of free porn on the internet. You aren’t just promoting hot girls. You’re showcasing a personal brand that is going to relate to men on the internet. Literally.

Lots of guys like going to nightclubs and spending more than they can afford to attract women, other guys… they like to do that on the internet.

You’re building relationships. So let’s figure out how to present your talent so that you can do that, ethically.

We talked about branding your agency earlier, and the creators are no different.

Before you “launch” a creator or attempt to scale one you just signed, you need to brainstorm with them on their goals, their brand and the types of content they enjoy actually doing.

Why? Because forcing someone to do something they hate will be a very fast way of burning someone out and having them either drop you or the industry in 6 months.

Here is a simple template to what I mean:
  1. What niche does the creator fall into? Literally, just like any other business. Funny, rage bait (a thing), asian, domme and a bunch of other shit I’m not going to type out on a forum haha.
  2. Whatever that niche is, lean into it heavily. If you’ve ever done marketing for e-com or SEO you’ll understand this: It’s a lot easier to sell 1 product vs 100 in your store. You can begin building an audience if people know what to expect. If one day the creator is posting funny skits on Tiktok but then the next day she’s a dominatrix; who are you really trying to promote her content to? If you don’t know, neither will the audience.
  3. Be consistent. Just like SEO, over time you will begin to compound your audience as the algorithms match you to them. Just stick to a lane and keep pushing.
  4. Help develop SOPs so the creators find shooting content frictionless. Like we talked about in the earlier section, help with ideation, creation and management of the content.

I’m not going to write 100 pages explaining how to promote on each platform, as that will honestly take me too long to write haha.

But, the template above really works (eventually) across all social media for all niches.

That being said, there are some simple elements to employ that will boost you.

Create a funnel:

An example of a simple yet good funnel is this:

  • Instagram shorts targeting your niche
  • Instagram story with a gentle CTA link (be careful here)
  • Fans land on free OF (higher conversion rate than paid)
  • Chatting team messages every new sub and quickly categorizes them as time waster, warm, spender, etc…
  • Free OF runs hook content (driving a % of subs over time to go to VIP)
  • Converted subs land on VIP (paid OF) where your chatters try and upsell in the chats

This is generic to many of you but is a repeatable funnel across every platform. This is literally how any business builds a funnel. It’s up to you to customize them.

A/B test your funnels. Learn which elements work and which ones don’t. They are different for every creator and are always changing.

An example of A/B testing is running a funnel where instead of landing on a free OF you run a Snapchat link or a Telegram group. Or you could try converting directly onto a paid OF account.

You’ve got to test, hence the term.

Collabs:

A fantastic and evergreen way of rapidly scaling your creator.

There is a reason why your favourite Youtuber does collabs with other creators.

You want to cross-pollinate audiences. Somewhat self explanatory but it’s a way for 2 creators to share audiences. You both co-promote a post and everyone gets exposure. Make sure if you’re doing this on SFW platforms that it’s done in a way to keep your accounts safe. But even just 2 creators posting a reel together will boost you significantly. Doesn’t have to be NSFW.

Depending on your budget, this can be done small at first and scale as your creator scales. A 0.01% creator isn’t going to do a collab with your new startup account for free, but don’t underestimate the power of doing 1 collab a week with other smaller creators until you catch.

You can also do these remotely. Get creative.

Telegram:

A great platform to use at the top or the middle of the funnel. Very much like Snapchat. Leverage TG groups but also create your own, which can operate much like a free OF page.

I won’t tell you how or where but you can also experiment with deploying bots to mass add people into a TG group and test out a funnel with that. You can also mass mention, mass join, etc…

Reddit:

Much like TG, lots of bots, automation can work here but the principles are the same with or without tools.

Warm up accounts that have enough karma so you can post in relevant subreddits (NSFW/SFW), make sure not to spam and also make sure you don’t mention OF directly on the post. Link it in your bio.

Again, bots can be powerful here if you know how. You can experiment with mass dm’s and also upvotes.

Upvoting a post can drive a lot of traffic, so learn how to use it correctly.

Twitter/X - TikTok - Instagram - Youtube:

I’ll throw these all in here and give you a quick breakdown.

I really recommend focusing on quality content that is consistent as well as collabs. As at scale, this only becomes more powerful. The more creators in your network, the easier this gets to collab.

That being said, you will always want to simplify your life and keep your eye out there for new trends. Don’t just match what the big creators are doing, as they will eat up that content in the algorithm. But find new content that is hot and have your creators shoot it ASAP.

If you want to explore more blackhat traffic sources on these platforms, you can consider building your own Mother/Child system which still works, as it basically just amplifies your content.

Again, I’m not going to get into too much detail here about it but there is a ton of content on here about that system.

It has changed, and you need to be incredibly careful about how you leverage it.

Building up theme pages, meme pages and even sports pages can be another great way to build your own repeatable traffic source; where you can promote your creators weekly with story posts etc…

Also keep in mind, be careful about how much NSFW you post on X. Yes, it’s allowed, but it will also restrict your account and your goal is to expose yourself to the largest audience possible.

For TikTok, Instagram and even Youtube, your friend is short form video content. Post stuff people actually want to see, at scale and consistently.

Tube sites:

I think this isn’t explored enough by OFM teams. Personally, it’s not something I did a LOT as the types of creators I worked with didn’t want themselves out there like that but this can be a very powerful way to promote talent.

Again, treat it more like the Reddit / Free OF side of the funnel.

You’re showing more, so expect to have stronger CTA’s and also design your content so it shows a lot, but not everything. Always leave them wanting more.

Camming:

Outdated platforms but still get a TON of impressions. Again, not something I personally ran a lot but I know people who’ve killed it on these.

Great way to find whale subs (people who spend a lot). These are natural relationship builders and you can even drive these subs over to snapchat where you run large custom content PPVs.

Twitch/Kick:

Something you’re going to see a lot more of in the future.

This type of streaming isn’t like camming, this is building parasocial relationships with fans and again, this takes a lot of work on your side and the creators side.

If your creator is into gaming, has a great personality or has an interest that fits with SFW streaming, this can be a uniquely powerful way of building those strong relationships with subs and driving a LOT of traffic.

Many 0.01% creators live here.

Dating apps:

For many reasons I’m not going to tell you how to do this. I’m sorry, it’s not because I’m gatekeeping it’s just that it’s incredibly hard to run this at scale and also the platforms are quite litigious.

So if you want to do this, there is a lot of information on this forum about how to do it.

7) How to build a chatting system / build chatting teams:

Ahh apologies again for being so long winded here, just blabbing out my thoughts for everyone. I really do hope this is an upgrade to the basic guide I wrote a couple years ago.

I got a lot of messages in my last guide about chatting, which I kept relatively short and sweet. But I think this is a place where a lot of people get stuck.

I’m still not going to get too granular here on all the specific chatting funnels and that’s mostly just because my fingers hurt from all this typing, but this should give you a decent idea of what to do.

Chatting system:

First things first, what is the goal of a chatter?

A good chatter is going to do a few things:
  • Be a part of the sales funnel
  • Build relationships
  • Upsell subs for PPV

For the sales funnel, chatting can be leveraged on their socials in the dm’s, TG / Snapchat and also it’s key if you’re running a free OF page.

This is all about building relationships. You need to never go straight into closing. What do I mean? Don’t just reply “hey baby I’m looking for someone who wants to shoot content with me, check out my OnlyFans page and let me know what you think!?”. Don’t do that. Yeah, you might close some people but you’ve immediately damaged that relationship and they likely won’t ever become a big spender; and will unsub the next month.

Chatting in OF:

This is where it’s about learning how to close.

Simple guidelines for chatting:
  • Don’t ever mass message content. If anything, you can blast out a no CTA mass message like “I’m bored af tn”. Sounds dumb, but the replies are then who you work for upsells.
  • Don’t over farm people. If someone just spent $350 the day before, make sure your chatters let them bring up content first. Just lead them on but never push.
  • Be cautious. Chargebacks - content leaks are huge. If someone just subs and then immediately starts asking for a shit ton of content, that might be a red flag. There are tools that can actually monitor accounts for you and let you know if they are high risk for chargebacks.
  • Make sure you have PPV content that works like a funnel. Start small with teaser / free SFW content and then send progressively more NSFW (and expensive) content. Also make sure it flows. You’re sexting, remember, so imagine how your GF would do it.

An example of a PPV upsell funnel (no I’m not going to sext you, you freaks):

  • “I’m bored just got back from the gym
  • Then send mirror gym fit pic (free)
  • Then say you’re about to shower
  • Send $5 pic of girl almost naked in bathroom
  • That’s the hook, you should have a video now lined up of the creator naked in front of the mirror ($20)
  • If you want to close the funnel with 1 more you can then try on a more expensive video, the full shower / touching herself clip or you can break it down into 2. You have to test that.

Chatting team / system:

Always start with 1 lead chatter.

This is key as it allows you to basically treat them at scale like your chatter manager and they can help keep everything operationalized and functioning smoothly.

Again, finding chatters is something you’ll have to figure out but it’s quite easy. Lots of places. Don’t just jump into a long term deal, ask for previous work evidence, run tests and see what types of funnels they use. Make sure you are aligned with them so that they don’t just mass message ppv’s (mm) the second they start chatting and it kills your accounts.

Tools:

I personally used Infloww as a chatting CRM but I’ve also used Supercreator and other tools.

All are good, and can be really helpful with organizing chats, managing which subs are time wasters etc… and are killer for conversion rate optimization.

Not a paid affiliate so not linking anything here but do your research and make sure they fit within your budget before paying for anything.

Scaling / Training:

Once you need to scale beyond just 1 chatter, build a training pipeline with your lead chatter so that you can easily onboard new chatters and they fit right inline with your SOPs / best practices.

8) Setting up OFM SOP’s:

We’ve talked a lot about marketing, traffic, chatting and the basics but once you have these all downpat, you need to take some time to actually operationalize and organize your backend so you can scale.

This is what holds back a lot of teams from truly hitting their potential. It’s boring, but it’s a key part of business.

Every system that you deploy, make sure it’s not just written down in your head.

  • Have documents full of best practices, do’s and dont’s and SOPs
  • Spreadsheets with best subreddits, how many upvotes required for traffic, etc…
  • Your team members' pay, creator earnings and all of the nuts and bolts should be documented and kept up to date so that you and your team can remain organized.
  • Content repos (libraries) that are formatted so that not only you but also your creators and chatting teams can update them or pull from them as required.
  • Legal documents (will touch on this in the next section).

Key note: Remember, these aren’t for YOU they are for the next people you hire and to make sure everyone is 100% on the same page, always.

9) Legal & compliance:

I’m not your lawyer nor am I going to give you legal advice. To be CLEAR - speak to a lawyer and get proper counsel before acting on any of this.

I am just giving you some best practices.

For your OFM team / agency I would always recommend incorporating, having clear legal documentation and following the LAW.

Simple playbook I would recommend (DYOR):
  • Incorporate
  • Have contracts that clearly outline the relationship, the agreed splits and the deliverables.
  • Always make sure you get ID’s of talent and if they do NSFW collabs make sure you have the ID’s of those creators as well. Don’t play around with adult content. It’s serious.
  • Make sure the ownership of the IP is also clearly outlined, as this is purely up to the discretion of yourself and the creator.

Why incorporate?

This gives you a clear and defined structure, helps with opening business bank accounts and is tax effective at scale.

Contracts:

Massive. Don’t ever do this without contracts. Regardless of how you set up the banking from within OF, you need to make sure the deliverables and the relationship is very clearly defined.

Length of term, who owns what IP, and the splits must be laid out here.

Also, any serious creator will absolutely demand this.

ID’s:

Again, this is serious stuff. This is adult content. You better know exactly who the creator is before you start storing and distributing porn on the internet.

Age and also consent are the real deal. Keep in mind, you don’t want an upset former client claiming you distributed her content without consent.

Do this the right way and you’ll be fine.

IP:

Who owns the content that you’re posting? Does the creator? Does your agency? I can’t answer that for you but best practices usually involve the creator owning the IP and you having the right to distribute it under the deliverables agreed upon in your contract. Once the term of your contract ends, your rights to distribute should as well.

Again… speak to a lawyer and develop your own system but this is a basic roadmap of industry best practices.

10) Scaling up your business / reinvesting profits:

Take your money and run!!

In all seriousness, always make sure you are giving yourself enough to stay motivated and on the path but it’s also key here to understand that these types of businesses can absolutely compound fast.

Reinvesting your profits into scaling up creators (through larger collabs etc…) or setting up your brand to onboard larger creators is key.

This is about scaling from 10k a month to 100k a month.

Make sure you set aside a part of your profits for new hires, testing traffic sources, building better funnels, and building up your OFM brand.

I can’t tell you exactly how to do it but a simple playbook can be something like this (at the early growth stage):
  • 25% of your net goes into reinvesting directly back into current creators (collabs / traffic sources).
  • 25% goes into hiring new hires.
  • 25% goes toward biz dev and scaling up your agency brand.
  • You take home 25% of the net

You can tweak this as needed and I didn’t follow an exact breakdown like this, it’s all dependent on the current market and your goals at the time.

As you scale you can begin taking home more of the net.

11) Offramp / exit:

Whoo we did it, I’m almost done typing and you hopefully didn’t find this too boring.

But, if you’re at the point where you’ve been running in OFM for years and you’ve scaled this into something great; you don’t have to stop there.

Remember, you now essentially run a digital marketing agency and a powerful talent agency.

You can leverage this for many things:
  • Launching your own micro exclusive content platform
  • Becoming an affiliate marketing agency for vice offers (crypto / casino / etc)
  • Push out into non adult talent with the connections you have
  • And more…

The world is your oyster.

A reality check:

Because this is the adult vertical, don’t expect to be able to sell your agency at a huge multiple. The market just isn’t there. But if you are looking for a true offramp, you will find buyers willing to pay at a 2x or so multiple based on your contracts.

I hope this was helpful for people looking to jump into this space or if you are already in this world, I hope you got a nugget or two from it.

Again, quality information doesn’t need to be gatekept and I believe the spirit of this forum is to collaborate (different kind lol) and help everyone get involved in niches that are often not talked about.

OFM isn’t a dirty business where you exploit people. This is a world where you can provide real, tangible value and help catapult creators into life changing money.

Get after it!

Love how you emphasized trust and branding over spamming DMs, that’s the part most people skip

Long term brand building > Short term results always man
Hey balaklava - this thread has been the best way to reach you. Please reach out to me through DMs about crypto marketing if you're still active. I saw your posts on other threads but replies were disabled.

You have posted a great guide. It's not easy to prevent Reddit accounts from bans these days. Everything is worth trying though.

You have posted a great guide. It's not easy to prevent Reddit accounts from bans these days. Everything is worth trying though.

Thanks man.

I really think nowadays the best approach is to accept the long road and focus heavily on shorts across socials and collabs for algo “juice”,

But I wanted to include high level breakdowns of the other options.

I know people who are running churn n burn successfully on Reddit. To each their own.

do you still need a chatter? i'm a looking to apply as an ofchatter. let me know!

Hey @balaklava thanks for this new guide! Have you tried AI agent for chatting? Theres a lot you can do and outsource to AI agents... Is there any way to communicate with you? Can you pm me? Thank you again!

Solid guide, covers pretty much everything at a high level.
One thing I'd add - AI chatting agents are getting scary good now.

yeah this is moving fast and most agencies aren't paying attention yet.

problem with fully automating chat with a generic LLM is it has zero context, sounds smart, sells worse than a mediocre human chatter.

what's actually working is AI as an assist layer, not a replacement something like chatter gets a draft + a flag like "this guy's a spender, don't let him go quiet." seen a few companies running tools like fansbot for this.
