From my exp after getting banned several times, key is to buy trust with karma (at least 50-100 for some specific subs) + account age (not a few weeks) before you can start posting promotion. The older your account is, more chance your post will not be removed by Reddit's filter.
I tested and lost my 4 and 5 year old accounts alr because of that, but I barely used them (for at least 1 year, 0 karma) before I started commenting and it still worked. Just be careful about spamming same content, or hate reply to some OGs I think, if you have less karma than them then you will be in trouble I think.
Currently I'm using both Antidetect + Static Residential Proxy, more secured, still got post removed but no shadowban so far. Would love to hear if anyone can share a better (or faster) way to grow these accounts.

Speed doesn't help. Going slowly and behaving randomly does. Nowadays, creating accounts is no longer cost-effective—or at least it's much more expensive—because warm-up actions need to be mixed with commenting. For example, for every 1 commenting action, you should perform 2–3 warm-up actions.
