Crypto transactions safe approaches

I'm not saying it's impossible to do a no-kyc swap there, but I've seen too many cases where people ran out of money. Even passing KYC did not help many
I will not share the link, but here is the SS table
For me, this is enough to treat them as high risk.

would this ever happen for trocador swapping?

Trocador is primarily an aggregator and most of the offers on their site are actually third-party offers. The third party could be FixedFload or another service that doesn't have the best 'no-KYC' reputation.

You got the top best one? It would be helpful to have that top third party swapper. reliable and credible and fast.

I'm only speaking from my own experience, I've made dozens of transactions in recent years, I haven't encountered any problems and I'm not interested in accusing them of anything or making them reputable. If they were so bad and scam so many people out of 50k – 100k, I'm sure they wouldn't have had this service for so many years

It is somehow very difficult to recommend anyone because things easily turn against the recommendation.
Look at this comparison, maybe it will help you: https://landofcrypto.com/crypto-swap-aggregator-comparison/
I could say that orangefren is the best choice in this segment. First, their support is very accessible, and they have a kind of guarantee fund that covers transactions up to a certain amount.

What is the safe way to receive and send the crypto? Many people trade the services in crypto only so I feel it would be nice to use it.

I am not referring to scams but the dirty/bad wallets which have wrong history. I have read many in this forum and reddit where people complain that when they sent or received the crypto from a wallet, Binance(as an example) frozen the assets or suspended the account. So, what is the best way to stay safe in such issues like bad wallets or getting in legal troubles without actually doing any wrong!
Just use Exodus wallet. It has a beginner friendly user interface and easy to use.

Always test crypto transactions with a small amount of money in order to check if the wallet is correct and the money actually goes through. After that send the rest of the money to the same address. As far as binance goes, it works fine for me and I HODL cryptocurrencies there for a long time.

Use a reputable self-custody wallet, avoid receiving funds from unknown sources, and keep transaction records. These simple steps can help reduce the risk of account restrictions or compliance issues.

Stick to wallets provided by reputable cryptocurrency platforms. Wallets with a history of security issues or suspicious activity are often reported by the community, so it's important to check their reputation carefully before accepting any funds.

Safe is kinda relative here. A self custody wallet only means you control the keys, it doesn't mean the coins are clean. If you take payments, keep the invoice/chat proof and don’t send random incoming funds straight to Binance/Coinbase same minute, that’s where a lot of freezes happen. For bigger payments use something like AMLBot or another KYT check before accepting, not perfect but better than guessing. Tonkeeper is non-custodial for TON btw, but same thing... it won’t magically protect you from bad sender history.

Use a reputable self-custody wallet, transact with trusted parties, and keep a clear transaction history. Most exchange issues come from the source of the funds, not the wallet itself, so avoiding unknown or suspicious transactions helps reduce risk.

buffer wallet solves most of this. never receive payments directly to an exchange deposit address funds land in your own wallet first, then move to the exchange in batches

if you're dealing with unknown senders, run incoming funds through a checker like AMLBot before touching them. few bucks per check, flags dirty history. bad result = send it back

keep invoices/chat logs for everything. when an exchange asks for source of funds, answering fast with docs is what gets accounts unfrozen

and don't keep your whole stack on one exchange

Use real fungible cryptocurrencies like Monero. Because it's anonymous there is no history attached to the coins. Digital unmarked cash.

the freeze happens because the coins you received touched a flagged address upstream, exchanges scan every deposit and you get punished for someone else's history

don't receive payments straight into your exchange account. use a separate wallet as a buffer and screen sender addresses on bigger payments before moving anything

keep records of who paid you and why. frozen funds get released when you can prove legit business, people who lose coins permanently are the ones who can't explain where they came from

check wallet history on a chain explorer before accepting funds, and only deal with vetted counterparties instead of random p2p. dirty inbound history is what gets accounts frozen, not outbound, so stay picky about what you accept.
