@praxxx213 yeah untill now July 2026 is our best Month in terms of revenue and profitability.

In north african country Egypt has Amazon Marketeplace, I don't know the regulations you need to do. You need to register a local company, Trademark there, definitely, and then the second, most important part is the product research and finalizing a niche. Now, every country has different niches and different products work, so on that you have to work a lot. I would suggest, if you are interested in e-commerce, take any detailed course first related to that specific country. That will give you an idea. Explore that in detail, finalize a few niches, and then decide.

This brand, which we launched is in Amazon USA for Now. We will be expanding to EU marketplaces later.

The total budget until now that we have spent on this brand is $30,000, and it totally depends on which niche we are going in. If one product has less sales, the product could be launched even for $5,000-$10,000. The same: if the product has high sales and high competition, the same product could be $40,000-$50,000 or even $100,000. It totally depends on the market demand, competition, and other multiple factors. Do that research and then decide.

Yes, you can create a U.S. Marketplace seller account from North Africa on personal details, and later on you can update them to U.S. LLC.

On individual details, you can get the trademark too for PL Brand Registery but We prefer to do everything on the LLC details, trademarks, seller central everything.

Day 32 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 5th July 2026

Today I spend the highest on PPC ads. It's $270. I just want to test how it performs, and it performed pretty well. We got Highest sales almost 2700$ . Even PPC sales are also profitable, not much but overall profitable. I have limited inventory, so I'll keep the spend limit to $150-$200, but when we have high inventory, I'll be going to spend to $400-$500 per day.

Quick update on the two Dead products we have in FBA. We just liquidated all the units of those SKUs. We lost almost $5,000 on these two specific ASIN's, on the inventory we have in Amazon FBA. That was consuming our inventory limit. We were unable to ship the inventory to FBA. so I just liquidated it. it's Part of the business, we lost almost $5,000 in these two specific products. Earlier, we had two more products, so we lost $5,000. Collectively, almost $10,000 lost on four dead products while Launching this brand.

Day 33 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 6th July 2026

Overall inventory is getting low, Amazon put the limit on shipping inventory to FBA. So I just adjusted a few ads and put a budget of $100 per day. We are not going to spending more than 100$ so we will be more profitable, but I am concerned. We don't get out of stock. With the current sales velocity. I have only 10 days max inventory in FBA.

Are you physically located in the US or doing everything remotly ?

Are you physically located in the US or doing everything remotly ?
Everything is remote. For Amazon FBA business you don't really need to visit anywhere. For all the fulfillments, we use the Amazon FBA, so Amazon does our fulfillment. I never recommend the FBM model.

For sourcing, you can hire dedicated Chinese teams based in China. They can source products for you at the best prices, and definitely they understand the Chinese language too. As a non resident, you can create the US LLC, so that's pretty much what you need to set up this business.

Day 35 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 8th July 2026

We have almost achieved our 50% target. We are making average $500 in Profits. Easily this month. Remember we have not withdrawn even one single penny till date, and we couldn't do it for even the next two months, because we need more, more, more inventory to make sure we have sufficient inventory.

We need almost almost 8,000 to 10,000 units in FBA, then we can scale on advertising. When I say scaling, it means spending at least $500 to $1,000 for this product so I can see what's the true potential of this, no matter if our margin goes a little bit down, because our core goal is seeing how much we can sell on this product . At the same time, we are working on adding more bundles, so that it will be giving us more cross selling, up selling Options. I feel that before the end of quarter 3, we will hit our goal of daily $1,000 profit.

Day 36 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 9th July 2026

Until now, yesterday was our highest day in terms of revenue and profits. All days don't remain the same, Now just one most important concern is that we don't go out of stock. We have almost 1,100 units left in FBA. We have shipped almost 2,600 units to Amazon. Out of that, Amazon received almost 1,400 units, but Amazon takes two to seven days (and sometimes more) to scan everything, so that's one concern. Hopefully, it doesn't impact our ranking. Right now We are in the top four - five for main keywords which are bringing the highest organic sales.

@Jubbly SEO You wouldn't believe I selected this product around two years back while just doing regular product research. Just seeing that only a few sellers were selling and that the competition was not that high on Amazon. I discussed it with my Friend now partner but still It took us almost more than one year, just by procrastinating: "Let's do that," then we called the samples from 5 different Suppliers. We decided to do this business as a 50/50 partnership with a total $20,000 investment, which end up on 30-K $ unitll now and we finalized five different products not only this one.

For Research I had one dedicated team member, but I finalized the product myself. After finalizing 5 products, we placed orders for 4 products. For every product, we placed 400 to 500 units for Test Launches. We added multiple variations for every ASIN just 50 to 60 units per Additionla Variation and shipped inventory to FBA.

Out of 4 products, only this product performed. We enrolled Vine on all products for Getting early Reviews.

1st Product we got literally 3.3 stars, Dead Product. We have to liquidate all that Inventory.
2nd product, we got good reviews, but that was a kind of seasonal product, a giftable Product, and the PPC cost per click was almost $2. That also didn't sell at all. We sold out only one single unit, even with ads in 3 Months, so we have to liquidate that too.
3rd product, which we placed an order with Supplier we paid 30% of that it was $800, and we have to pay the remaining 70% amount. We never ship that to Amazon because the stats were also changed of That Product too.

Only this 4th product sold out in 1st Week and then we shipped the second inventory of it, almost 1,000 units, which got sold out. We shipped the next inventory and now Trying to be in Stock

You can say it's 25% success out of 4 products. Only one product worked, and we lost more than $10,000 on the rest of 3 Failed products Till date, Till now whatever profits we are making, we are reinvesting on the inventory side not got 1$ from this Brand

The biggest lesson is: 1st when one product start performing, don't go out of stock. That's the number one rule on Amazon that should be followed. You cannot judge how much you will sell until you test something.

2nd if one product is not working, just get rid of that inventory as soon as possible so you don't have to pay a long term storage fee to Amazon. There are a lot of other learnings, which are normal things for me due to my relevant experience, but I'll keep sharing them here too.

Day 38 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 11th July 2026
Available Inventory is less than 600 Units the rest of 1400 Units in FC Processing so considering to Pause ads for few days it will hurt sales and ranks
