Most of these services charge $5 to the card but they are all authorization charges and get refunded.

This is not authorization charge it's a deposit. It clearly says in the message.
For authorization charge they don't even ask as they don't need to.

My bad. I assumed it would be the same as DigitalOcean, they too charge $5 and then refund it within 3-4 days.
I guess it's only Digital Ocean that refunded their deposit cos even tho I'm at another country they deposited it
