Lately I've noticed more and more gambling ads showing up on TikTok. A lot of clients come to us asking the same question:
"How is this ad running? Can my ads run too?"
My answer is usually the same:
Yes, it's definitely possible. But getting campaigns live usually requires a lot of testing in the beginning.
So I come here to write some experience to u all
1. Before anything else, figure out what type of offer you're running.
Web-based offer (landing page to money site)
App-based offer
From my experience, app traffic generally performs better and is easier to scale compared to web offers.
2. Regarding account type, let's be honest, whitelist accounts are usually stronger for this niche. the problem is that they're becoming harder and harder to get. In many cases you'll be waiting quite a while before you can even get one.
So what if you're using regular agency account and promoting web ads
Here's the approach I usually recommend.
At this stage, you just need to test whether your creatives can actually pass review and get delivery.
This way will helps you identify where the problem actually is.
If you start with: aggressive creatives, aggressive landing pages.....and the campaign gets rejected, you'll have no idea what caused the issue.
By testing one step at a time, you can quickly figure out what's blocking your campaign.
Anyway, these are just a few observations from my own experience. I look forward to interacting with everyone.
If people find this useful, I'll write about creative selection when I am avaialble

Here's the approach I usually recommend.
Step 1: Start with a fully compliant landing page
This is probably the most important step. Don't start with aggressive content. Use landing page that is completely compliant with TikTok policies and test your creatives first. At this stage, you just need to test whether your creatives can actually pass review and get delivery.
Step 2: If creatives pass review, then what should you do
Some advertisers will then add cloaking to the flow. For extra safety, I've also seen some buyers use services like heylink as an intermediate step before sending traffic to the final money site. The exact setup depends on your risk tolerance and traffic strategy. This way will helps you identify where the problem actually is.

Final Advice:
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people launching with the most aggressive creatives they can find. Don't do that, start simple! get approvals first!Anyway, these are just a few observations from my own experience. I look forward to interacting with everyone.
