YouTube Channel Terminated

Honestly, it sounds like you got caught up in Google's automated "associated accounts" net. Once a channel gets axed for a policy violation like animal cruelty, YouTube treats the actual person as blacklisted, not just the email address. Since you used the exact same PC and phone number, their system flagged the match instantly.
Since appeals aren't working, your only real option if you want to keep making documentaries is to go the full "stealth" route. It takes some effort, but it's how people get around lifetime bans.
First, you need to realize your current digital footprint is burned. To start fresh, you'll need to treat this like you're an entirely different person online:
Ditch the Hardware History: If you are using the same PC, you need to look into anti-detect browsers (like AdsPower or GoLogin) to mask your browser fingerprint, or use a completely different machine.
Fresh Network: Avoid your home Wi-Fi for logging in. Use a clean 4G/5G mobile hotspot or high-quality residential proxies.
The AdSense Hurdle: This is the trickiest part. Because AdSense requires real ID and tax info, you cannot use your own name anymore—Google's database will reject it. Most creators in your shoes end up setting up the AdSense under a trusted family member or partner's name, using their bank account for payouts.
Clean Phone Verification: Buy a cheap, physical burner SIM card for the SMS verification. Never use virtual numbers, and obviously, don't touch your old phone number.
It’s an incredibly frustrating situation, especially since you are putting in the work to make original, licensed content now. But if you want a real shot at monetization without getting wiped out in the next automated ban wave, you have to completely separate your new setup from your past identity.

I also had a wildlife channel that experienced a similar situation to yours. I filed an appeal, but it was unsuccessful, so I ended up creating a new channel.

Thank you so much for the great Advices. The only thing I have to check tho is the Ad Sense part. I wonder if I register a company and use it instead of my personal ID. Will it work or Ad sense requires ID?

Great choice. I wish you success with the new one. If you want we can collaborate since we are in the same niche.

Company Adsense can work, but don’t think it wipes the slate clean by itself. Google still asks for tax info, business details, address verification etc, and in some countries they still want a real person behind it. If the same name/address/bank details were ever tied to the banned Adsense then yeah, that’s where it can bite you.

Phone number on the bank account probably isn’t the main issue imo, they care more about payee/tax/address/bank footprint. But if you’re trying to keep it clean, don’t mix anything old into the setup. New channel on clean device/network is the easy part... Adsense is where most people mess up because they get lazy and use same address or same personal details.

Also be careful using family member info unless they actually know what’s going on, because tax/payment stuff becomes their problem too.

Company Adsense can work @CaizerSoze, but only if it’s a real setup, not just same you with a company name slapped on it. Google still sees tax info, address, bank/payee and sometimes the person behind the business, so if any of that overlaps with burned details it can still go sideways.

If you never had Adsense on the old channel, then your main problem is probably the YouTube side link, not bank phone number. But once monetization starts, Adsense becomes the big footprint. I wouldn’t use family details unless they are actually fine being the owner on paper, because payments/tax notices are their headache later.

Also wildlife is a sensitive niche now... I had a clip with dogs training get limited because the reviewer thought it was aggression. So even with a clean setup, avoid anything that can look like “animal fighting” from thumbnail/title/context. Natural behavior is fine, but YouTube bots dont understand nuance very well.

I never applied for Ad sense before but I have circumvention warning from youtube . Supposingly that means that google tracks me by ID and if i create more channels, does that mean that even with company EOOD I cant apply for AdSense because they will see my personal info?
Honestly its such stupidity. All because of some 2 fish fighting in aquariun, being banned for life is rediculous.

Hello.
I recently had my youtube channel terminated. It was a wildlife documentary channel with couple videos ,
I had it for a month and then Youtube terminated it .

About 3 years ago I had channel where I was posting animal videos from my ranch including a video of my 2 aquarium fish fighting.
That led to the termination of the account which is rediculous. I was told by Youtube that this was some sort of animal abuse and that the decision is final .
So I just left everything and forgot about it. Until recently I decided to create quality documentary content but because of that old channel the new one was terminated once again.

I created the channel with a diferent emaill but from the same PC, also I used the the same phone number. I suppose thats how Youtube found out.
Its a pity because I have passion for creating documentary content and i edit eveything myself, voicover narration made by me, licensed footage and yet because of some stupid fish video from long ago I am banned for life which is insane.
So I am asking if anybody knows how I can create a youtube account and also apply for ADSense without getting terminated again.
I tried contacting them multiple times , they told me that they will not fix the issue so I am out of options and yet I dont want to give up on creating youtube content.

Looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with something similar. Thanks in Advance!
If YouTube connected the new channel to the old one that’s probably the reason for the termination.

Wow. These platforms are so thoughtless.. All that hard work! Down the plughole,, this is why we need to direct and funnel traffic to our own websites, also. On top of tik tok instagram and co....Learn to work the system or itll work you.

If the suspension is permanent, any new YouTube channel you create can be terminated too. It doesn't have to be the same email—they can link accounts in different ways.

At this point, your only legitimate option is to keep appealing if you think the original ban was a mistake. If they're denying every appeal, there really isn't a safe workaround. I'd keep making content and posting it elsewhere while hoping the appeal eventually gets reviewed.

The only way to get the platform to allow the channel to resume operation is to appeal the initial channel termination decision through the YouTube Channel Termination Appeal Form if less than one year has passed since the deletion.

You need a new device and a new router in order not to be traced, then create a new YouTube channel and monetize it.

Yeah thats what I am working on. I am just concerned what to do when I apply for Ad Sense

YouTube tracks your hardware, IP address, and phone number to catch banned users. To start fresh, you must use a completely different device, a different Wi-Fi connection, a new phone number, and a new name for the AdSense account.

In case of permanent banning of your account any other channel you create will be traced eventually. The surest way of dealing with your problem is through official appeals to resolve the initial issue

I never had Ad Sense before for the terminated channel. But if I use my name I suppose it will trigger things.

1. Burn the AI Voice: Do NOT reuse that exact voice clip. YouTube fingerprints vocal frequencies. If you upload that same narration, you’ll get hit with a "circumvention" ban instantly, regardless of your hardware. Tweak the pitch or regenerate it.
2. Ditch the Family, Use an LLC: Avoid using family info for AdSense it always fails verification long-term. Register a cheap business entity instead. You can legally open a corporate AdSense under the company name, keeping your blacklisted personal info out of it.
3. Don't Buy a New PC: Use an anti-detect browser paired with 4G mobile proxies. It spoofs your hardware fingerprint perfectly for a fraction of the cost.
(And ignore anyone in your PMs offering "insider recovery services" they are 100% scammers).

Even if I register LLC and open a corporate AdSense under a company name I think that I still need to verify ID as the owner of that company. Or am I wrong?
