Having great content and internal links can make a difference on On-Page SEO.

1) Content quality included keywords 2) internal linking

Start with search intent, then improve titles, headings, and content quality for better results.

The most important on-page SEO factors are high-quality content, proper keyword optimization, title tags, meta descriptions, and heading structure.

Useful suggestion, but how can I get keywords in the first 100 words without looking as forcely stuffing it. Can you give me some tips about that because it is difficult for long-tail keywords to put them in content with some meaningful sentence as compared to short-tail keywords specially if they have any question words such as why, how, which, etc.
Don't try to force the full keyword exactly, just write a normal sentence & adjust the keyword slightly so it sounds natural, for example instead of forcing it say if you are wondering how to rank a new website fast...., keep it it simple & readable if if sounds natural it's correct

Less checklist SEO more intent match and clean structure Generally strong Title alignment, natural keyword placement, and solid internal linking move the needle more than stuffing.

And do not dismiss UX signals – fast load, mobile readability .

on page seo is about helping user and search engines understand your page Clear heading optimization title and useful content go a long way.

For long tail keywords specially question based ones, easiest trick is open with sentence that address the user problem without forcing exact phrase. Like if keyword is "why does website rank drop after link building" just write "ranking drops after link building confuse most website owners" in first line, covers intent without awkward insertion.Another way is use keyword in a subheading right above first paragraph, that way it appear within first 100 words technically without forcing into opening sentence. Work especially well for long tail phrase that sound unnatural in prose

@SyedHabib-SEOExpert that H2 trick for long tails is solid, works well. honestly google is smart enough now with NLP that exact match in the first 100 words doesn't matter as much as it used to. what actually moves things is entity density and NLP. use a tool like surfer or POP to see what LSI terms the top 3 spots are using and sprinkle them in. also don't sleep on aggressive internal linking with exact match anchors from your power pages. that alone does way more than tweaking H1s for weeks.

Focus on search intent, quality content, internal linking, title tags, headings, Core web vitals, and topical relevance.

The most important on page factors are clear content structure, proper use of headings and matching search intent. I also pay attention to internal linking, page speed and making sure each page fully answers the topic instead of just targeting keywords.

for me search intent is the biggest on page factor if the content answers what users are looking for then optimizing titles URLs images and meta descriptions becomes much more effective
