EU Tier 1 CPA - Can Display Network be profitable for affiliates?

Anyone knows good resources / profiles to figure out how to crack down the display network for online casino offers as affiliate?
Offers / Creatives / Funnels / etc
Looking for mostly marketing resources and less but still media buying strategies.

Google ads, TG funnels work well with CPA offers. Google is my preferred platform.

i think a lot depends on the offer
some CPA offers can make display traffic look terrible while others seem to fit it surprisingly well

For casino display the “resource” that helped me most was spying by geo, not following profiles. Adplexity/Anstrex + Similarweb on the landing domains will show you way more than random twitter threads. Look for repeat advertisers running same angle 2-3 weeks, not the crazy flashy banners that disappear in 2 days... those are usually either burning cash or doing stuff you can’t copy clean.

Also don’t skip the offer side. Same funnel can be trash on one CPA deal and decent on revshare/hybrid because deposit quality is totally different. TG can work but imo it’s more of a warmup/retention layer, not magic bridge from cold display to bet. Prelander doing qualification + country/payment trust signals matters more than people think.
