How does pinterest work these days?

I want to understand how do you guys work on pinterest, do you guys use business accounts or buy accounts with loads of followers? Does Pinterest groeth hacking exist? Also how does the ranking work? If your pin is saved many times is it most likely to be shown to other people? Can someone genuinely explain it please? And why do pinterest accounts get banned?

Saves, clicks, and watch time all help a Pin gain momentum, but relevance and content quality are what keep it ranking.
 
I have a Pinterest account with 546 million monthly views, but I have no idea how to make use of that traffic.

I started with a business account from the beginning and never bought followers. What surprised me was that some of the most effective Pin came from boards with very few followers. I feel like Pin cares more about whether people interact with the Pin, rather than how many followers an account has
 
Traffic is generated via visual search wherein pins behave as evergreen content which takes users to websites or products.
 
I am still learning pinterest too but from what I have read, starting with a business account seems like the safer option.I dont think follower count matters as much as creating pins people actually save and click.I am also curious about the banning part since i have seen people mention it but never really explain what triggers it.
 
Serious branding/marketing users utilize Pinterest Business Accounts. Buying and selling accounts with existing followers is strictly prohibited under Pinterest's Terms of Service, easily leading to permanent account suspension and often resulting in only fake interactions from bots.

No need for followers. Create a business account, choose a popular Pinterest niche, do keyword research for your niche, create content and design pins according to what's ranking for those keywords, then publish your pins. Post between 5 and 10 pins per day.
 
I'd just use a business account. you can think of Pinterest more like Google than a social network. Keywords in your titles and descriptions matter a lot.

For bans and restrictions, sometimes it's aggressive automation, spam, constantly changing account details, or other unusually account activity. Some people run into problems when multiple accounts are accessed from the same setup.

New accounts also seem to do better if you don't rush things in the first few weeks.
 
I mostly use business accounts and grow them naturally. From what I have observed, pinterest cares more about consistent, relevant content and engagement than follower count. Saves definitely help, but your pin quality and how well it matches what people are searching for also play a big role.
 
Keywords still matter a lot. Pinterest is closer to a visual search engine, so titles, descriptions, and board context help ranking.
 
It's possible that the AI mistakenly scanned it for sensitive content, hate speech, misinformation, or image copyright infringement.

I have seen it better to start with a business account. Buying old accounts with lots of followers does not ensure reach and can cause problems if the account has a shaddy past. Pinterest growth is typically driven by reggularly posting useful, eye-catching pins with good keywords. Bans r typically related to spammy behavior, misleading links or too aggressive automation

pinterest behave more like a search engine rather than a social networking site. I focus on keyword targeting, creativity and posting consitently. eventualy the goal will evolve from acumulating followers to saving pins and click.

I feel that Pinterest is all about search intent rather than followers. It is possible to build an effective Pinterest profile by using proper keywords and posting good content at regular intervals. Saving and engagement play their part but makking something truly useful for ur audience is what keeps a pin alive and growing.
 
Pinterest is still worth it if you focus on fresh, niche-specific content. Saves and outbound clicks seem to matter more than follower count these days. Buying aged accounts isn't necessary if you build things naturally.
