Looking for an Outreach/BD Hustler for Web3 Event (Remote, Commission-Friendly)

Building attendance/sponsor pipeline for BlockCon Punta Cana, a high-end Web3 business retreat (finance, iGaming, digital assets) at a beachfront resort in the DR. 1,000+ attendees from 65+ countries.

Need someone who's good at cold outreach and can get replies from decision-makers.

What you'll do:

• Outbound via LinkedIn/email to prospective attendees, sponsors, speakers
• Book meetings for leadership to close
• Light CRM tracking + target research

What we want:

• You know how to write outreach that doesn't get ignored
• Comfortable pitching execs/C-level, international
• Self-starter, no hand-holding needed
• Fluent English (Spanish a plus)
• Bonus if you already run in Web3/iGaming/fintech circles

Setup:
Remote, full-time preferred, base + commission paid on results, not hours logged.
