How do people efficiently grow twitter nsfw accounts?

Replies are underrated on Twitter. Follow people in your niche. Get your replies in early. Make sure your pinned post or links are actually set up to convert profile visits into clicks.

Posting consistently helps. Also if you engage with other accounts it is beneficial for your accounts to grow.
 
agree with blackheartgreen, replies are the whole game early. one refinement: reply under accounts pulling engagement RIGHT NOW, in the first few minutes of their post, so your reply rides their reach in front of their audience. a reply on a 3 day old post does nothing. and since the follow happens on the profile visit not the reply itself, your top 3 media and pinned have to sell the fantasy in 2 seconds. careful the first couple weeks though, fresh nsfw accounts get reach-limited fast if you spam links or follow too aggressively, warm it slow before you push traffic. are you posting your own content or aggregating others?
 
Cultivate real friends from following small accounts, get real with them and winnow out the less active ones, in a short period you'd begin to have x users who check on you daily, on DMs, and interact on your posts.

For a normal nsfw content page , what would i reply to posts? I used to run twitter ai ofm accounts and replied with photos and phrases like “How are my curves”, but for a nsfw content page i dont knwo what i woukd be replying

Planning to post random content thats not mine. Probably will gather it from sites like erome etc
 
Create a small list of accounts to interact with -> start posting a bit -> build a loyal core 50-100 accounts - first with commenting their posts, start posting more and engaging with more people, grow up to 1000 total followers and focus more on content but combined with engagement. Your strategy should be attached to the amount of followers and engagement you got. I highly recommend buying this gumroad course: "How to Dominate Twitter/X - Advanced growth bundle". Helped us a lot a while ago.

Traffic generation is still possible on Twitter but consistency is more important than volume. Ensure that you have a proper profile, pin a good link or offer, create short teasers, use appropriate keywords and engage users from similar niches.
 
I think being active and posting regularly on Twitter helps a lot.

It makes a difference, for me.

Posting consistently is key.

To drive NSFW traffic on X, buy Premium to unlock reach, post short teasers marked as sensitive media to avoid bans, actively raid comments under viral threads, and place your conversion funnel link right in the bio.
 
For NSFW, I'd focus on building a profile people actually want to follow. Post previews regularly, interact with other creators, and make it easy for people to find your main link. Most of the traffic comes from being active every day, not from one viral post.
