Are AI voice channel still profitable or has the competition become too high?

Hi,
I want to start AI voice channel but before starting want to know about competition status for this kind of channels.
Can anyone guide me for that if I started AI voice YouTube channel, will it successful easily or I need to think twice?

When I see these type of channels in some niche , I really feel very bad. Because I recently saw many such channels making videos related to children with AI. I think at least these type of niches should be avoided.

Voice of AI is not an issue anymore as everyone has access to that. The actual competition lies in your choice of topic, scripting and consistency Choose a niche that has demands and make sure that the content you create beats existing ranks

Ai voice over channels can still help you although it is saturated and competitive, focus on what you can do to create an edge over your competitors, make the visuals and video editing engaging enough for your audience to watch it. You can approach it in 2 ways, you can create topics on low rpm niches that get high views like general topics or you can choose a niche that rewards you with high rpm but lower views. Focus on making viewers click your videos and watch atleast 40-50% of the video.

the voice part is honestly the least of your worries at this point. what actually decides it now is packaging and idea selection... your thumbnail and title carry way more weight than whatever tts engine you use.

one thing nobody mentioned, keep an eye on youtube's monetization rules. they tightened stuff around mass produced and repetitive content, so if your channel is just generic ai script + stock footage + tts on repeat, you can get stuck in the ypp review or flagged as inauthentic. the channels that survive that are the ones adding real editing, original angles, actual research into the script. so basically the more human effort you layer on top of the automation, the safer you are long term.

pick a niche you can stay consistent in for like 30-40 uploads before judging it. most people quit at 10 and call it saturated.

and yeah avoid the weird kids content pipeline, that stuff gets nuked fast anyway.

It can actually work, but it’s not really something that succeeds “easily” anymore since the space is getting crowded. The outcome usually depends more on your content angle, consistency, and how you make your videos stand out rather than just using AI voice.

Ai voice is not a problem. The problem would be to find a profitable evergreen niche.

There are a lot of ai voice channels now, so I dont think it is an easy win anymore. If the content is useful and different,i think it still has a chance.
