I am raising a serious issue.
One week ago, I placed 23 orders.
All of them were marked as "Completed" within one day, but not a single subscriber was added.
I reported the issue immediately.
At first, they said it was a system bug.
One day passed. Two days passed. Nothing changed.
They said they submitted a refill request, but nothing changed.
Eventually, I requested a refund.
They said they would process the refund, but another two days have passed and still nothing has happened.
At this point, this site looks like a scam.
It feels like there are no real staff members, only a parrot AI repeating the same responses.
I deposited more than $50, but I did not receive a single subscriber, and they still have not refunded me after a week.
Because of this, all of my work has been blocked.
I need the subscribers before I can continue with other tasks, but this place seems completely insane.
Be careful before using this service.
