Hi,
I am working on On-page SEO and want to know that what are the important on-page factors that help me rank my website?

In my experience, the most important on page factors are quality content proper keyword targeting strong titles clear headings internal linking and a good user experience When these basics are done well ranking becomes much easier over time

Useful suggestion, but how can I get keywords in the first 100 words without looking as forcely stuffing it. Can you give me some tips about that because it is difficult for long-tail keywords to put them in content with some meaningful sentence as compared to short-tail keywords specially if they have any question words such as why, how, which, etc.

optimization in the current scenario means fulfiling the needs of user. On achieving perfection in format and depth of cotent as per user intent the next step in improving relevance include titles h1 tag, internal linking and speed.
 
Use a clear title tag with your main keyword and also write a good meta description to improve CTR.
