  • After work starts: Once planning, audit, setup, migration, server work, configuration, consulting, or troubleshooting has started, payments are non-refundable.
  • Third-party costs: Server fees, IP costs, domain costs, software licenses, tools, provider fees, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable.
