I’m looking for recommendations with consistently outstanding reputations for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center/Shopping, and TikTok Ads. Boutique agencies and independent specialists are just as welcome as larger firms. I expect to hire more than one team if different agencies are best in different areas.

Splitting it across specialist teams is smart but managing 4 separate agencies gets messy fast, especially with attribution. Whoever you bring on, make sure one of them owns the data layer or you'll spend half your time refereeing who gets credit for conversions.

On the high-compliance categories... that's where most "elite" teams fall apart. Plenty can scale a clean dropshipping brand to 7 figures but choke the second account health gets touchy or you need cloaking-adjacent stuff to even get approved. Ask them directly how they handle bans and reinstatements, not just their best ROAS screenshot. Anyone can show you a good month.

Merchant Center is its own beast too. The people good at GMC feed optimization and disapproval fixes are usually not the same people running your Meta creative, so you're right to not want one full-service shop.

I'd skip asking for a wall of credentials in the thread tbh, everyone will just paste a polished pitch. Better to take 2-3 on a paid trial month and watch who actually moves the needle. Reputation in DMs here is worth more than the case studies imo.

Peptide is high risk industry I don't know much about the ads but can guide you about the payment processors as the peptide is high risk industry it will require a high risk processor too for smooth control. Im working in this industry for more than a decade now with the experience I prefer gateway that have cloaking as there is no other way to overcome bans and payment stuck.
Can I know which processor are you using or are you looking for that?
