in my experience people usually subscribe when they know what to expect next keeping a clear niche uploading consistently and giving viewers a reason to come back often makes a bigger difference than asking for subscriptions in every video

views without subs usually means people got what they needed from 1 video and left. try making a clear series or tease the next video, give them a reason to come back instead of just saying “subscribe”.
