▎ - Test first. Rent a single IP for 1 day ($0.99) before placing larger or longer orders.
▎ - Dead-on-arrival guarantee (24h). If a proxy fails to connect or is unusable due to a fault on our end, contact support within 24 hours of provisioning. We replace it, or credit your account if we cannot.
▎ - Replacement first. If a working IP goes down on our side during your term, we replace it for the remainder of the term.
▎ - Refunds are issued as account credit (your balance never expires). Crypto refunds are available only for verified DOA cases, on request, at the current rate minus network fees.
▎ - No refunds for: orders already used beyond a brief test, change of mind, a target site/service blocking or banning your IP (not a proxy fault), AUP violations, or fraud/abuse. Term purchases (weekly, monthly, annual) are not pro-rated if cancelled early.
▎ - To claim: message support with your IP, order ID, and a short description of the issue.

I bought a proxy, but the proxy won't connect.

$20 is the minimum payment, I'm not asking for a refund. I just want what you're selling to work.


UPD:
Support responded and reported that the site lacks functionality, everything is working. UDP support is available.But the proxy is via hosting.

Proxies work, what we sell works. You messaged me asking if they are android proxies, we do not claim that these are android proxies and have never written that anywhere. No need to trash this sales thread because it wasn't what you were looking for. We never have written anywhere that these are android proxies. Our products are Linux proxies.

Person tried to use HTTP proxies as Socks5 proxies, that's why it wasn't working. I explained to him how to use them as Socks5 and it worked for him, it just wasn't what he was looking for.

When I bought the proxies, it said "SOCKS5|UDP." I entered them in the SOCKS5 field, but the proxies wouldn't connect. I found your contact information, and you told me that I needed to add +1 to the port number.

If I hadn't found your contact within 24 hours, the proxies would have expired.

The proxies are working, and UDP support is available.The proxies are located in a data center on servers.

Yes that's true, it's our fault we didn't explain what the port for SOCKS5 was and we've added it after your message yesterday. The contact information is on the thread, like every BHW seller thread has that required. Once you messaged me, I have replied to your question within 1 minute.

So still no reason to sales trash.
