Damn, two months ago I started my OFM agency from scratch with my first model. I’m grinding every day and on good days I get maybe 20–30 free subs, which has earned me a total of 250 USD lmao. Do you use a chat agency or do you message the subs yourself? Because those results are impressive for a start tbh. Also, if I may ask, do you use separate phones for TikTok, or do you have like a cloud phone or an emulator?

i use my own chatters, i have tried with chatting agencies do actually use one right now for some clients but there business model is to drain and burn so mixed feelings about it also seperate phones and also geelark

No i am livestreaming on a live streaming platform me working im keeping it as social proof for later down the line i just cant promote it directly on here which is not my intention anyway.

Have you tried AI models with the same concept, or did you discover that real models get better conversions? I am assuming OF doesn't allow AI models, but some other platforms do, right?

looks like he's using OF, AI is not permitted on OF, there may be ways around this but if you really want to go the AI route, go to Fanvue...

Yep. That's why I wrote that OF probably doesn't accept AI, but maybe he tried Fanvue. The skillset of promoting a real model vs. an AI model in terms of promotion should be similar. Just a different platform and maybe a few other small differentce. I feel like working with real models might require more effort.

somewhat true, I've worked with a real model before, it was an ok experience definitely easier than AI imo.
with AI, I find it hard to generate consistent, OFM worthy content, like, you can't ask people to pay for AI slop, if it's SFW, all the way, but as soon as nudity is involved, I feel like AI is slacking.
it might be just me or my lack of skill with nsfw AI, I would love to find a working method to be able to gen HQ pics, but I've only achieved that with SFW pics, using Nano Banana Pro and Seedream 5.

Yeah, I saw an ebook thread by someone who seems to have found a way to make the models consistent. And I've actually heard about this before that you could train an AI model on a set of images and turn it into a consistent model, including making short videos. So maybe it does take certain skills and tricks to make it work. But let's say you did make her consistent. Wouldn't it still be easier than working with a real person?
Plus, what if we flipped it completely and looked for people who knowingly look for niches that can only be made with AI, like furries, various fantasy creatures, etc. Let's be honest, just some blond or brunette girl is nothing new. But fantasy is something that's impossible in real life, except for cosplay etc. I am not really sure if Fanvue allows something like that or they only accept "AI that looks realistic"?

you could, I wish I knew how, so far, the best thing I've found that that can get good results is Venice.ai, you could check their subreddit, they've made some crazy shit, even unlocked nsfw on the new seedance 2.0 somehow.
but still, a real model is the way to go as of right now, for real consistency and actual satisfied customers
