That is very shocking to hear. :(

I am not sure what to say. He was my mentor when it comes to being a moderator. Whenever I made a mistake, instead of blaming me for the mistake, he took it upon himself for not showing me the correct way. He was a father-like figure for me.

RIP man. I will miss you.
You're an angel like himself in my eyes big boss

I have nothing but the best things to say about G!

He was always polite, always respectful and our conversations on and off the forum were always filled with mutual admiration.

He even showed up in my recent BST review DM saying nice things about me.

We had spoken about floating a free app for people suffering from Dementia.

What an absolute legend through and through. This feels devastating on a personal level.

Rest in Peace, brother.

Om Shanti!

Absolute loss for words, Greg was a good friend and person I cherished having in my circle and it will not feel the same here without him.

He had many good stories and life lessons to share, and helped me many times when I was down while never asking for anything in return.

I will need time to process this but his memory will no doubt burn brightly here; the debt owed for his time helping this community can never be repaid.

I will miss you Greg, and I will think of you every day while wearing the watch you sent me last year.

Hope you are sitting above at a sunset lake with all the bass you can catch and oysters you can eat as I know those are your favorite. Thank you for all you have done for me and others here, you will be considerably missed.

Wait no way wtf…
Back in my early days of BHW around 2016-2018 era (used to have a different acc back then)
I talked to him a little bit and he was always so friendly, nice and helpful

It's been very, very difficult the last few weeks. I was extremely close with BTB and was lucky to know him well over the last few years. He really loved BHW, and he would spend countless hours, sometimes more hours than he should, as he would tell me, "I have to make sure there is no spam"

I miss our phone calls, talking about the Yankees, life, his compassion and caring for my wife and me when I was going through some bad health problems. We laugh our butts off and cry together, and when my father died, it was like he took over that role.

It's been hard coming to BHW without him here, I am not going to lie. I miss him a lot, and I know he could say things that would come off not so great, but in his heart, he was a soft, caring, and fair man. I love you, Greg [Basstrackerboats], and I know you're in peace.

Rest in Eternal Power
Greg [Basstrackerboats]

Truly saddened to read this
BTB was one of those rare people who made this forum feel like a real community. always helpful, always genuine, never looking for credit.
You could tell he cared. not just about SEO or forum threads, but about the people behind the usernames.
My condolences to his family and everyone on the team who knew him personally.
Rest well, BTB.
