Hi,
Recently, I have been experimenting with Telegram ads and channel promotions. Getting traffic doesn't seem too difficult but making campaigns consistently profitable is a different thing.
I want to listen from you all that what's is the hardest part of running profitable telegram ads. Share some real experiences.

Hi @Blackquill

According to my personal experience, the hardest part is not getting traffic, it's finding the right channels.

A campaign can get plenty of views and subscribers, but if the audience is not relevant, the ROI will never be there. I have seen campaigns with higher subscriber costs outperform cheaper ones simply because the audience was a much better fit.

For me, channel selection and audience quality have always had a bigger impact on profitability than the ad copy itself.

The hardest part, in my experience, is not getting clicks, it's maintaining traffic quality at scale.

A campaign can look profitable initially, but once you start spending more, subscriber quality often changes and conversion rates begin to drop. That's where most of the challenge is. I have found that long term profitability comes from consistently finding quality audiences and monitoring retention, not just optimizing CTR or CPA.

Its been sometimes that the most challenging aspect of running profitable telegram ads campaign is not driving traffic , but acquiring the right audience that actually engages.

My biggest lesson has been that profitable telegram advertising is usually a process of refining audience quality and conversion rates , not simply increasing traffic.

The hardest part for me is not getting clicks, but finding traffic that actually converts over time. A lot of campaigns look profitable at first, but the quality can vary a lot between channels so spend more time testing audiences and tracking post click behaviour, than just focusing on CPC or CPM. That’s usually where the real profitability comes from.
