Hello, I am looking for end-to-end ad management services for my SaaS product.
I know some white-hat agencies that work on rev-share. They take 20% cut from the revenue you make thanks to them.

I am looking for that here, I can share revenue (20 - 30%) from each paying user.
It's subscription based so the revenue share would last for the entire time the user is paying.

Do you have experience with any agencies that work like this?
Thanks for suggestions

I am experimented with both agencies and direct affiliate recruitment. One thing I've noticed is that most agencies willing to work purely on rev-share want already existing conversion data before investing resources. So if you're early-stage, you may have more luck recruiting affiliates directly and offering a generous recurring commission structure. The recurring revenue model is usually attractive because affiliates keep earning as long as the customer stays subscribed. It works in my case.

Out of curiosity, what's the SaaS and what are your current conversion rates?

Well, I am very early stage. My only customer was a company to which I sold it with one-time fee rather than a subscription based SaaS.
How would you recommend finding affiliates directly?

My SaaS is a platform unifing API's from ad networks. Also allows you to connect any MCP Client so that you can analyse the data easily.
You just ask in your MCP client e.g. "Compare how much I made yesterday on ExoClick vs TrafficStars" and get an answer with real data.
More info is on my profile.

If you have expertise in this, or would like to help me find affiliates, then I am open to enquiries.
Thanks.

honestly since you are targeting networks like exoclick and trafficstars you should look where those media buyers actually hang out. agencies wont touch this without conversion data. id suggest giving away some free accounts or extended trials to heavy spenders on affiliate forums. if they like how it analyzes their data they will naturally talk about it in their private telegram channels and groups. thats how you get your first real affiliates... get them using it first.

Drop me a pm if the product has good demand in developing countries.

Not yet sure about the demand. But contacted you anyway.

Better angle is 10-20 media buyers who already spend on those networks, give them concierge setup, import their data for them, then ask for intro/affiliate deal only after they actually see value.
That is a good advice. I target publishers, rather than media buyers though. But this exact approach can be applied anyway.
I just need to find the publishers to contact.

Yup, just need to target publishers, rather than media buyers.

Another thought though. I can target media buyers, but those are not my users, they could just be suitable as affiliates.
As they might know publishers, and could promote it to them.
But there it gets hard, because it is not in their best interest to promote something, that would make publishers use ad networks more directly.

I think that my best way is striking a partnership with an ad network, and finding where publishers hang out.

Hi everyone, someone just recommended WarriorPlus to me.
Does anyone here have experience with that?
Thanks

@apiguy skip warriorplus for this. its mostly filled with people selling get rich quick info products and basic spam bots. the affiliates there won't know what to do with a technical api tool for publishers.

i tried launching a niche analytics tool on a similar network a while back and it was a ghost town because the affiliate base there just wants cheap mmo offers.

since you are targeting publishers on exoclick and trafficstars, you need to go where webmasters actually talk. look at wjunction or even some of the older webmaster forums. just find the guys complaining about manually checking stats and offer them a free license in exchange for feedback. if the tool actually saves them time, they'll stick around and you can talk about affiliate deals later.

Pure rev-share for SaaS paid acquisition is pretty rare because the agency can't control your product's churn or user retention—which directly impacts their payout on a subscription model. Your best bet is to look for Performance Marketing Freelancers or boutique growth partners rather than big agencies. Offer them a fixed setup fee + a CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) bonus, or a hybrid retainer with that 20-30% rev-share kicked in after they hit a specific ROI threshold. What's your current CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) looking like?

Thanks for the advice, I did some research and it really seems that it is not suitable - too many scam offers there. I also explored ClickBank, they don't seem that scammy, but did not find a way setup recurring monthly billing.

What's your current CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) looking like?
Non-existent unfortunately. The only customer so far was a deal with a person I knew directly.

honestly you keep circling back to networks but the recurring billing thing on clickbank/wplus is exactly why none of them fit. those platforms are built for one off info products, not stripe subscriptions. if you want recurring commissions that survive the whole lifetime of the user you basically have to run your own program. look at rewardful or firstpromoter, they plug straight into stripe and pay affiliates on every renewal automatically. then you arent waiting for some network to approve you, you just hand a link to anyone who agrees to push it.

but real talk... no affiliate is gonna touch this with zero users and zero proof. the order is backwards rn. get like 15-20 publishers actually logging in daily and saving time first, even for free. once you have a couple of them saying "yeah this saved me an hour a day" you have a story to sell. affiliates promote results, not features.

the partnership w/ an ad network idea is decent but those convos take forever and they'll want exclusivity or a cut. id keep that as a later play, not the thing you chase now while you have nothing to show.
