Small update: It seems that the platform does not want to pay, I have available balance to withdraw but for some reason it is blocked, the support is very bad. I will probably move to another platform.

I don't think so, it is very easy to do it yourself, and the quality control depends on yourself (i.e. you can make a model that looks like it is ia or another that is hyper realistic, it depends on the creator).

Update:
Well, I’m going to update you on how I closed out last month.
I’m focused on just one of the two models I have available; I’ve only been updating the other one slightly, and I didn’t generate traffic to OF.
In the case of the active model (let's call her Model 1), I’m working more on generating traffic for her OF. When I started this, I thought I’d be generating traffic to OF through Instagram. I suppose it works, but now I realize it’s a waste of time, at least in the beginning.
I think the mistake was mine because the character of the model was supposed to be a "good girl" who didn’t have OF and then opened one. So for followers, it was strange. I received messages like, “Do you have OF?” and “Do we have to pay?” and so I decided to drop it.
Now, here are the results:
Around the middle of last month, I think I got a bit lucky, because at that time I hadn’t promoted; I was only uploading photos to fill my photo page. During that time, two people subscribed, among others, and for a few photos over a few days, I generated about $160.
However, I had a problem with the platform: it didn’t allow me to withdraw, and in the end, my account was suspended.
I didn’t do anything until the last week of October, when I started promoting on different platforms.
I signed up on another site for photos and got some subs, and in that last week, I made $300 from images. I also made a claim to the other platform and was able to verify what I needed, so they unlocked my account and I could withdraw what I’d generated.
So, to summarize, October’s earnings with Model 1 were $460.
Model 2: $19. There was a guy I spoke with at the beginning of the Instagram account; he subscribed to my page, paid for a few photos, but I couldn’t keep up with what he was imagining. He thought it was real (even though the description says it’s AI), so I pretended to be angry and let him go. It was probably best for him...
What’s next?
Honestly, I don’t know. I understand that to make this profitable, there needs to be a constant flow. When I say “constant,” I don’t mean hundreds, at least not yet—I mean around 5 or 10 subs (per model). With that each month, I think it could yield good results.
In November, I want to run some tests, mostly focusing on working on this, weighing whether it’s worth working and dealing with people. I want to know if the $460 was just luck, or if this actually has a high base potential, and you can make good money with quality content.
Any advice?
I know no one gives away anything for free, but maybe… someone who’s worked as a chatter or an OFM could give a hint or something. There’s a lot of content on YouTube and in forums, but something more personal in this case would be great.

Buying initial followers gives the account a “real” vibe, and targeted ads are a great move for quality engagement. For Snapchat, if you’re seeing good traffic, it’s worth investing time there too, more personal interactions could lead to better conversions.

My snapchat traffic in a lot from India, I don't know how but 80% are from there, I don't know if it's worth investing time in that.

On my experience i also started quite recently, about 3 or 4 months ago, and i was struggling to find a good software to generate realistic models at the start until i find a software called AiSparks.com doing some research on Reddit and that helped me generate more realistic models and attract more views into my accounts.
