hii all,
i have seen a lot of mixed advice and some people say posting daily is still the best way to grow while others say quality matters much more than frequency.
for those actively growing instagram accounts, have you noticed a difference between posting everyday and posting just a few times per week?
curious to hear what was working for everyone right now?

daily can still help, but only if the account can actually keep the quality up. I’ve seen pages do better posting 3-5x a week with strong saves/shares than forcing a post every day and grinding the reach down with filler. instagram seems to reward consistency more than raw volume now. once you start missing on engagement, the extra posts don’t really save it.
 
Yes, I've noticed a difference. The accounts that grew the fastest were posting daily. Good content matters most, but posting every day gives you more chances to get views and find what works.
 
Posting daily helps more with visibility and reach, but consistency with good content usually wins in the long run.
 
In my experience consistency beats forcing posts every day. I would rather post 3-4 quality pieces of content a week than posting everyday just to stay active

I think consistency matters more than daily posting. Even posting 3 times a week on a fixed schedule can build steady growth.
 
There is no perfect answer to this, It depends on your Account, Your Geography, Your Audience, Your Content and your Niche.

For example in News Niche you might need 1-3 or even more content daily, but whereas in Lifestyle Niche 1 per day is important, And in some niches 2-3 times a week is more than enough.
 
posting daily still helps with consistency but it is not them main growth factor anymore. a few strong posts per week usually outperform daily low quality posts. engagement and retention matter more than pure frequency now.
 
In my opinion, maintaining consistency as a habit is more effective than having inconsistent posting times and schedules.

Same like Reels. More posting give more chances, but weak posts can kill momentum. I rather post less and get better saves/share

If you have high quality content and post 2-3 times per day, you're definitely going to get good reach on your posts.
 
I stopped worrying about posting every single day and focused more on making each post worth sharing. Honestly, that worked better for than forcing daily uploads. I'd take 3 solid posts a week over 7 average ones any day.
 
From what I’ve seen, daily posting still helps reach, but consistency with quality matters more than just posting every day.
