If you want a simple answer, just follow their rules, don't spam sh*t too much, and be normal user at least for the first 3 months, if we talk about new fresh account.
 
to minimize the risk of suspension from Facebook, you need to comply all policies of Facebook, don't use unsuitable word, image, don't do spam, don't log in 1 account in too many devices.
 
Change the way you plan your campaigns to reduce the chances of them being ineffective.
 
if you start spam with likes, adding 50 friends a day, or dropping links in 20 groups within an hour, the algorithm will flag you as a bot . warm up the account slowly if it's new

For personal FB account, use real info, don't spam and don't break rules.
 
follow the rules, and hope you get lucky. Sometimes the ai system detects suspected rule breaking even before you do anything. If possible get a new setup completely unlinked from the past if you have been banned before
 
avoid spammy behavior like sending too many friend requests posting repetitive content or using fake engagement keep your profile real and consistent follow community guidelines and avoid automated tools that can trigger security checks
