[Journey] Starting New OFM agency from scratch (livestreaming it 24/7)

You use real models and content or AI?
real, started back in 2022 built a semi successful agency already thats running but travelling for the last 6 months time to lock back in and see what i can do from 0, the other agency is still running in the backround though

First day (first 12hours)

38 Subscribers (Free)

$112 Revenue Net

I Forget how humbling starting from scratch is I am also not using any of the existing clients of mines socials to boost or anything.

TikTok conversions seem to have shot way down but might be too early to say that.

Are you also using Instagram to promote or just TikTok?
working on tiktok rn, since its what i know best setting up reddit today hopefully kinda just messing around with whats working then scale from there, my old agency my clients have so many subscribers that its always consistent with sales so starting fresh has been slightly humbling

Interesting journey so far. Could you share more details about your client acquisition strategy and the tools you're currently using? Looking forward to following your progress and seeing how the agency develops over the coming months.

just used client marketplace, i dont out reach i sometimes sign clients from word of mouth, currently using xreacher for twitter thats about it so far for this new agency

What do you mean by using 'client marketplace'?
Also I'm curious, why do you want to build a new agency rather than focusing on the already existing one?

And how are you finding real models? From what I heard that is usually the most complicated task.

you can just buy contracts to work with someone as long as you have results that you know what your doing.

And honestly my systems for the other agency is all messed up so starting from scratch so i can scale easier.

Following this, solid progress for 4 days in. Few questions if you don't mind:

1. Pay structure — are you putting the model on a flat rate/salary, or doing a % split? And if split, what kind of % are you offering to actually get them to sign?

2. Content — are you batch filming (knocking out a chunk of content in one session) or filming daily with her? Trying to figure out the most sustainable setup.

3. Those TikTok landing page stats look clean — what link-in-bio / landing page tool are you using for that CTR and per-button click data? Doesn't look like TikTok's own analytics.

1. I will be keeping this private for now for a couple of reasons.

2. Content is being done weekly, and just whenever possible with starting fresh on accounts its normally okay to have mild stuff and the first subscribers who are buying content get built up more to a point where when she finally gets a toy or something slightly more extreme then before they end up paying a lot more. So if your wondering how you should set up i would say just start with teasing slight nudes then can start getting into longer videos then toys etc.

3. Getmysocial could not recommend it more, they even helped me so i could funnel from tiktok asked for a custom fix and they did it within 24hours honestly crazy good team like i said best link in bio tool by far.

Appreciate the breakdown, Quick follow-up on the TikTok side specifically (the promo content, not the OF stuff) how's that workflow run? Is the model batch filming the TikToks herself like a stack of clips in one session over trending audio and then you edit/schedule them out? Or is she filming + posting daily on her own?
