Best Budget Domain & Hosting for Long-Term Use? Need Suggestions!

I’m planning to start my own blog/website soon, but I’m currently confused about choosing the right domain and hosting provider. Since I’m a beginner, I want something that is affordable, reliable, and easy to manage.
My main requirements are:
Budget-friendly (not too expensive)
Good performance and fast loading speed
Beginner-friendly setup (easy dashboard, support, etc.)
Reliable for long-term use (no frequent downtime or hidden issues)
I’ve seen a lot of options online like shared hosting, cloud hosting, and different domain providers, but it’s hard to decide what’s actually worth it in the long run.

I’d really appreciate your suggestions on:
Which hosting type is better for beginners — shared or cloud?
Any good domain registrars that are cheap but trustworthy?
Is it okay to start with a low-cost plan and upgrade later, or should I invest a bit more from the beginning?

For beginners, I’d say go with shared hosting – it’s affordable and simple to set up. For domains, Namecheap or GoDaddy are solid options. Starting with a cheap plan works, you can always upgrade later. I personally use Bluehost – it’s easy, reliable, and not too pricey. Just keep an eye on renewal costs!
 
For beginners, shared hosting is fine because it is cheap and simple. Cloud hosting is only needed if your traffic grows fast.

Use trusted domain registrars like Namecheap or Google Domains.

Starting with a low-cost plan is okay since you can upgrade later. Make sure the host is reliable, fast, and has good support.

Hostinger is a viable and good choice. You can also check GoDaddy for better deals/prices.
 
I started on a cheap shared plan too and it did the job just fine for a first blog. I liked Namecheap because their dashboard made sense to me and they didn’t throw weird fees at checkout. If you ever feel the site slowing down, you can bump up the plan later without breaking a sweat. Keeping the domain and hosting in one place also saved me a few headaches early on.
 
I’ve bounced between a few hosts over the years, and starting cheap never bit me. Namecheap’s combo of domain plus shared hosting is pretty chill for a first site, and their dashboard doesn’t make you want to pull your hair out. If you ever outgrow it, moving up to something like SiteGround is as simple as packing a small suitcase. Keeping costs low early on saves a lot of stress while you find your groove.
 
Do not use hostinger and namecheap hosting they got slow server.

Domain renewal, since you asked long-term : spaceship and sav
Hosting long-term of 3 years, after 3 years move to different host or pay high price : verpex and hostarmada
I am personally using these 2.
