It your campaign's keywords are related to computer repair, laptop repair, pc repair, etc, etc, etc, such a campaign would get flagged outright.
What you need to do is research for keywords that people search for as a result of their computers or laptops needing repairs, alternative keywords and then create a safe landing page which is informational / educational about these issues and cloak that to your money page, enabling the cloaker 24 hours after the ad has gone live. You will also have to be careful about not having any ad headlines / ad descriptions that could trigger a red flag.

I think running tech support ads directly is very hard because Google is so strict now . You will need cloak those ads. You can use a cloaker like TrafficGuardian, JCI, Trustclaoker, Trafficshield, cloakerly etc. but before you pick one , check their support and blog docs to make sure really work for your niche.

Google has strict policies against tech support ads because of all the scams, so you're better off focusing on building a legit local seo presence or using landing pages that clearly showcase your business identity

You need to focus on 'symptom-based' keywords search terms people use before they realize they need a repair. Pair this with an educational safe page (Whitepage) and keep it active for at least 24 - 48 hours after the ad goes live before switching to your money page. Also, watch your ad copies; avoid any aggressive claims that could trigger a red flag during the initial crawl

That’s a touch niche to run but i would start real strict like exact match [local computer repair shop] and see if that runs. There is a lot of fraud in the tech support niche where people will install a virus then make you pay to remove it.

Google is very skeptical about technical support ads. And right now, it’s easier to launch a casino or a crypto site than a technical support service.
Do they approve keywords? Or do they only reject ads? Do you use dynamic keyword targeting in your ads?

Is this your real business? Google is very strict with this type of ads, so you may need to consider using cloaking
Also, I suggest you test your keywords first. If your landing page is compliant, check whether your keywords can actually pass and run properly

Google is strict with tech support ads, so try making your landing page more transparent with clear business details + avoid misleading wording, sometimes even then approval depends on account trust.
