[JOURNEY] Building Amazon FBA Private Label Brand, $100/day → $1,000/day Profit, Started in Jan 2026

Day 8 of $1000 Per Day Jouney, Date 11th June 2026

Today's Total Sales $700 We got 50% Sales from Ads and almost 50% Organic

Nothing Changed in Ads for now1781259977687.png

Day 9 of $1000 Per Day Jouney, Date 12th June 2026

Today's Total Sales $620
We got 50% Sales from Ads and almost 50% Organic . Today's total TACOS ( Total Advertisng Cost ) is almost 11%

Why i'm not Spending More on PPC Ads if Sales are Growing with Ads ?
For Hitting 1000$ in Profits i need to Sell Almost $3500 to $4000 in Sales and i have to Spend $400 Per Day on PPC Ads so with a TACOS of 10% we will hit our Goal. Honestly 10% TACOs is Ideal for us and kind of Deram TACOS.

Our AOV is $15 so for hitting our Goal i need to sell almost 250 Units Per Day. So i need at least inventory of 8000 to 10,000 Units for a Month then i can spend in Ads if i went out of Stock again and again it impacts bad on our ranking and history of listing also so untill we able to arrange 2 Month of Inventoy in Advance there is no reason to spend more and get out of Stock so i will keep the spend under $100 Per day and Probabely in the Month of August i will have 6000 to 8000 Units in FBA to spending ads.

So Till that we will keep working with the same pace

Day 11 of Daily Update of $1000 Per Day Jouney, Date 14th June 2026 - Sunday

Last Week After getting back in stock on FBA, it is our highest PPC spend and Sales Day: we spent almost $100 today. Earlier, before going out of stock, I was spending the max $100 per day on these SKU. We went out of stock so quickly, but at that time our rank was improved so well. Even with $100, for a few days we hit $1,300-$1,400 in sales.

Now our Orgnaic ranks have become bit bad and not stable yet. We are not in the top five. Earlier we were able to rank our products in the top 5, which is why we were getting really good organic orders, but things seem to have started working again.

Now I have almost 1400 units in FBA Yesterday we sold almost 50 units. My first goal is to hit 100 units per day, and later the goal is to achieve our target of $1,000 profit. To hit that, I need to sell almost 250 units per day.

My top three, four competitors are actually already selling above 300 Units Per Day they are well established sellers selling for the last many years. We are the newest one. Actually, a few other sellers are also the newest ones in this category, but I have multiple challenges:
  1. We have limited cash flow.
  2. Managing proper inventory and making sure we don't have any issue with inventory.
  3. Checking inventory from two different suppliers is also time consuming.
Excited and hope this next week will be a good performer for us and excited for the journey.

See You tomorrow

Day 12 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 15th June 2026 - Monday

This week started really great. We hit $850 in revenue, almost 60 units sold out, with an average of $100 per day spent. So excited for this week. Goal is to be at least consistent this week: we start selling $1,000 in revenue, with $200 profit, and then gradually start increasing our spend.

We decided to not enroll in Prime Day. Our 2 flop products are not eligible for Prime Day.

1st Product has has two SKUs, and the second Products has four child ASINs. The first Product is not eligible due to the rating: we have a 3.5 * rating, Se get bad reviews from Vine Program .

2nd Product , we didn't sell even a single unit in last 30 days so Amazon did not make it eligible for Prime Day. On our top selling product, we are planning to not enroll for Prime Day because we already have less inventory. If in any case we need to enroll even on the last day, we will, but till date we decided to not enroll for that.

Excited for this week, and I'll keep you posted. See you tomorrow.

Day 13 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 16th June 2026 - Tuesday

So today we hit the $1,100 revenue, and we did almost $200 profit. . Yesterday I set a few more Amazon PPC campaigns to increase the spend, and they started performing well. Overall the spend was above $150. Now we start getting back the momentum. It's a long journey to hit the $1,000 goal, but at least we started getting the momentum.

See you tomorrow.

100% bootstrapped, started 50/50 with my co founder (he handles supply chain, I handle sales/eCommerce). No outside investment for now.

Absolutely, Once these product hits 300-400+ reviews with solid organic rank, I'd push $1k on Ads or more to grab max market share. Not before that though.

Day 14 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 17th June 2026 - Wednesday

What are your Current Reviews?

One Good Feature on Amazon , if you are Global Brand Selling in Multiple Countries your All Country Reviews Reflect on All Different Country Marketplace

Example - JETech Brand Sell's Mobile Accessories on Amazon Many Countries, Reviews From Different Countries Reflect on Same Listing

Do you have Plans to Sell on Amazon Multiple Countries??

Good luck with your journey, KamaalSEO! Scaling from $100/day to $1,000/day profit is an ambitious goal, especially with how competitive Amazon FBA has been lately. I'm really curious to see how you handle scaling your PPC ads and managing inventory. Following along for updates!

On the top selling SKU we have 52 reviews. On 2nd SKU, I have 40 reviews.

These products don't have much demand in other countries. That's why we are focusing more only on the US, but might be when we will be hitting the ceiling, we can launch the same in other countries. These reviews will also be reflected in the other countries.

Amazon is really competitive, but it depends on the products and Categories. I'll keep Posting the Progress

Day 16 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 19th June 2026 - Friday

Interestingly, yesterday was a bit crazy. The sales were over $1,000, but the spend went to almost $200. The profit remained the same, at $160, but our few campaigns performed the worst. I even put it at the cap of spending $150, but still If the previous day's spend is unused for a few days, it could be utilized in the next days.

Also, yesterday's impact could be due to a few reasons. Prime Day is already going to start in 3 days on 23rd June. People add your product to cart and wait for Prime Day, because this is one of the highest times to get the maximum discounts. Sales went a little bit down these days not in every category, but in most of the categories. I have enrolled my top selling SKUs in Prime Day. My strategy is to dedicate 500 units for Prime Day for that specific SKU. I have a total of 1,500 units in FBA right now.

After enrolling 20% with a Prime Day discount, I have really thin margins The strategy I will be applying for this specific product is to pause all the campaigns, so no spend during Prime Day on PPC Ads. Prime Day will be for 4 days, and after that we will be resuming the ads again. If we'll not be enrolling for Prime Day, the bad thing is that other competitors, if they are offering, will be getting better ranks. Our ranks are already unsustainable, because we are a kind of new brand in this category. The other brands are established brands with thousands of reviews and more than 5 years of established history. We don't have that history. We have a history of 6 months max, and we are new with a really limited number of reviews.

I am excited and concerned about how Prime Day goes, but let's see. Keep you posted how it Performs.

See you tomorrow.

Happy Weekend

Day 18 of Daily Update of Hitting $1000 Per Day Profit Journey, Date 21st June 2026 - Sunday

For the last 3 days, we are consistently getting sales of $1,000, and the overall profit is above $150 per day. That's pretty good.

Monday, is the last day before Prime Day 2026 Start. I've enrolled for Prime Day. The only thing I will be doing and testing is putting my ad spend to 50% less, because I'm offering 20% on these Prime Day discounts. My margins are already really thin. Earlier, it was 35%, and after ads it became 20%, so now I will be just pausing the 50% campaigns and seeing the results. I will be allocating 500 units for Prime Day.

The purpose was to push more organic ranks by enrolling for Prime Day. The rest of all inventory is also coming, so we don't have much inventory, so margins will be technically less on Prime Day. That's why we don't want to spend more on ads and see the results, so that's the plan. Let's see how it goes.
