Hello. I purchased your "Static ISP Proxies" package recently.
Unfortunately, these IPs do not work for my strict Meta/Social Media operations. While I understand IP detection tools (like Ping0/Scamalytics) aren't always 100% accurate, they flag these subnets (e.g., OVH/RIPE) as high-risk datacenter proxies, and my own internal testing confirms they trigger instant restrictions for my specific use case.
I have submitted a polite refund request strictly within your 24-hour and <2GB usage policy window. I noticed you haven't logged in since Thursday, so I completely understand the delay over the weekend.
I kindly request that you process the refund to my provided Crypto wallet as soon as you are back online. I'd love to resolve this peacefully without needing to open a Dispute resolution thread. Looking forward to your update!

Just following up on my previous message. I originally submitted my detailed refund request to your support system on Friday, Jun 12, at 12:07 PM (Business Hours), strictly adhering to the 24-hour window and well below the 2GB threshold.
I have attached the screenshot of that request below as proof (contact info redacted to respect BHW Rule 3.15). Since it has been over 2 days without any resolution, I kindly ask you to process the refund immediately now that the new work week has started.
My Crypto wallet address for the refund is already included in that original ticket. I will update this thread once the refund lands. Thanks for handling this ASAP.
