I started using your Brazilian ISP a few days ago. Initially, I purchased 10, and they ran smoothly without any problems. However, after that, I purchased an additional 25, plus 25 from my friend, and they became extremely choppy with a very high packet loss rate. I don't know why this happened. Everything was fine during the initial testing, but such serious problems arose after the large-scale purchase. A 10-second video is stuttering for 5 seconds! How am I supposed to use it? I also contacted your customer service, but you are very slow. It took you 5 minutes to respond to me for just a 10-second video. In any case, I am very disappointed with your service, and I am still waiting for a solution.
