I looked into this before and found that most cloning apps only create separate app storage, not completely different device fingerprints. If you want unique Android IDs or device info for each Instagram clone, people usually use virtual spaces or rooted setups, but it gets complicated fast and Instagram can still sometimes detect it.
 
I wouldn’t rely on clone apps for that. Most Android cloners can separate app data, but they usually can’t give each app a truly clean device identity. A lot of signals still come from the same phone: hardware, OS, network, SIM/location, sensors, and behavior.

By using applications like Parallel Space, you can clone social media apps, allowing you to have two copies on your phone and use them both.

What exactly are you doing currently with this setup? And can we use proxies with this setup, or do we need physical sim cards?

i'm running my own farm on 300+ deviced parallel. And yes you can use anything you want because it based on last official apk.
 
Most of those clone app solutions are basically useless for real device spoofing. they just mask the app's ID, not the underlying device data. you're gonna need something more robust, like a virtual machine or a dedicated device farm, to genuinely get different device fingerprints for each instance. anything less is just a band-aid.
I agree that 99% of “clone app” solutions only change a few superficial identifiers, usually package/app-level data, and that is not enough for serious Android-native testing.

There are more advanced approaches where each build is generated as a separate Android application instance with its own controlled identity layer and real-device QA process. That is a completely different level from a basic app-ID wrapper.

I know this because I work with this type of Android-native build pipeline myself (i created it), but I would not publish low-level implementation details and any other details in a public thread of course.
 
To give different device identities to cloned Instagram apps on one Android phone, use these tools:

@Dark726 trying to spoof fingerprints or android IDs can violate platform rules and cause account issues for you
If you want to manage multiple accounts the safest option is to use Instagrams built in account switching or separate work profiles supported by your owned android device. that approach is more stable reduces the risk of account restrictions and keeps your accounts easier to manage. it\s better to not to get advise from someone and implement and than again back with post titled account restriction

Don’t over complicate things, just use a proper anti-detect setup and make sure you’re properly managing fingerprints across accounts.
