In best case I could just copy/paste and adapt it.

there are some typical ways that people do this but it depends on your resources

Fastest route is not a full Maestro clone, it's getting a basic TG trading bot source/white-label and only launching 1 chain first. Wallet gen/import, swap, slippage, gas presets, referrals, maybe copy trade later... if you try to copy every feature from day one you will burn time/money.
