YouTube Channel Terminated: Are my other 3 monetized channels at risk?

If another channel got hit, then there’s something directly linked between them, probably ID verification, phone number, or video verification.

YouTube does not punish channels just because they share the same device or IP. Their logic (from my own understanding) is that they cannot prove all those channels belong to the same person. It could just as easily be a family member using the same device or internet connection for their own channels.

I run 100s of channels from the same device, and I’ve had some channels terminated for the same reason as yours, but YouTube never took action against my other channels.

The remaining accounts shouldn't be blocked, because if there are no violations on them, there's no reason to block them.
However, Google may flag your accounts, so you need to be careful.

It usually happens for taking shortcuts like using clickbait thumbnails or viral titles just to grab attention. They'll also consider it spam if you push your channel through excessive comments. Find out which activity triggered the ban and verify if your remaining accounts do the same.

The monetized channel that was removed was verified by my cousin, as was the AdSense account linked to it.

I think that's the disconnect!

I never used any phone as a "device" for YouTube,

It looks like channels logged in on the same YouTube studio / YouTube app are considered linked.

On PC (same ip) you just need to use different browser profiles and the channels are considered separated.

Don't worry about that. It will be fine provided the content on the other channels are not against the the YouTube community guidelines.
 
The risk to your other monetized channels is low if they have original content, separate emails, and separate AdSense accounts. Sharing the same device/IP alone usually doesn’t trigger action, but avoid logging into the terminated channel on that device until the appeal is resolved.
 
same device/ip can link channels so there is some risk but if other channels clean and original mostly safe just avoid any shady activity and separate usage more if possible.
 
yes, your other 3 monetized channels can be at risk but only under certain conditions.
A termination on YouTube does not automatically mean all your other channels get banned. But YouTube does link accounts under “connected identity signals.”

First of all, if in the demonetization message, it is explicit that your other channels will be affected, because they use two words - MAY and WILL. if the word is MAY, then you have nothing to fear, but if it is WILL, then do this immediately cos within 15 days to 30 days the hammer will land. First off, remove the channels from the email of the monetized channel. Even before you start removing, stop using IP you use to access the channels immediately. If you have a phone, use the hotspot of the phone to access the other channels henceforth. I have a first hand experience in this. The two things they use to hammer other channels are - IP and Email. So use new browser profiles for each channel and also use VPN too.
 
Association risk is huge right now since device fingerprints link everything on mobile. If that appeal fails, your healthy channels are basically ticking time bombs for a "circumvention" ban, so I’d move them to clean setups or separate devices ASAP.

I had a YouTube channel 3 years ago. It got terminated because of a video of 2 of my fish fighting. Youtube told me the decision is final and I left the account. A month ago I decided to create a new YouTube channel which had couple videos and also was got terminated. I think it was becuase I used the same phone number as on the previous email. How can I create an account that dorms get terminated and what to if it reaches the requirements for Monetization. Should I use my personal bank account and ID or not?
 
The first thing I'd want to know is why the channel was terminated. In my experience, that matters much more than the fact that the channels share a device or IP.

If the removed channel was terminated for a serious policy violation and YouTube believes the same person is operating all the channels, then association can become a concern. On the other hand, if it was a mistake, a copyright dispute, or something specific to that channel, I've seen people continue running other channels without issues.

Personally, I wouldn't panic just because they're on the same phone. Plenty of creators manage multiple channels from the same device. I'd focus on the appeal and make sure the remaining channels are fully compliant. Also keep an eye on whether any warnings or notices appear on the healthy channels. Those would be a stronger signal than the shared device itself.
