Maybe cjheck your first few seconds, if content is not hooking people fast they watch but do not interact much. shorter content helped me.

Posting time can matter too. try testing different times and see when your audience is most active because views without engagement sometimes means wrong time.

A few years back I had posts pulling views but nobody seemed to care enough to comment. Turns out I was posting stuff people could read in 5 seconds and forget 5 seconds later.
What helped was giving people something to react to. Doesn't have to be controversial, just enough to make them stop scrolling and say something. Good luck bro!

You can incorporate thought-provoking questions at the end to pique curiosity.

You have to be consistent.Try to post real life experiences,solve problems or provide useful materials.That would help you to engage audience.

Views without engagement usually means people are seeing the content but not feeling a reason to interact I noticed engagement improved when I focused more on asking simple questions and creating posts that encourage opinions instead of only delivering information It takes some testing but audience interaction often matters more than production quality alone

are u getting engagement or trying to sell a product or service? usually they are separate. engagement usually involves using a effective hook (the first 2 seconds of the video), changing footage to keep attention, create user suspense to continue watching. like there was this wild dog that bit a woman and I just kept watching but the story was entirely something else.
selling a product is different tho.. its about answering the questions of the buyer and usually thats not exciting or engaging unless you already have the problem.

What is your niche and product/or service? Generally you'd have to pique your audience's curiosity with a strong hook and then convert them with a good CTA (call to action) offer.

Focus on stronger hooks in the first 3 seconds, ask simple questions, and give people a reason to comment.

seen this a lot with new pages. views usually comes first but engagement depends more on how relatable the content is and whether it triggers a reaction or comment. simple posts with clear hooks and questions tend to work better than overly polished content.
