hopefully you ad accounts and fanpages were shared to other BMs, if so, just forget about that BM (if its purchased) and move on, you can get fresh bm for like 10-20 usd
I always have backup Business Managers (BMs) for this situation; I'll appeal first, then use the backup BM. I can't wait; the work needs to continue uninterrupted.
I usually switch to using the new BM, and after some time, I will appeal the previously banned BM.
The most effective solution I have found is to launch an appeal as fast as possible. Once you verify your business' details, it usually gets resolved quickly. Trying a new setup or pausing everything is not really a solution since time is money. A new setup could as easily get flagged by Meta's AI called Andromeda that specifically monitors for this type of circumnavigation.
You can usually appeal and get your accounts reinstated, if you use only whitehat methods. If you're using blackhat methods and the account is checked by a human the probability to recover your accounts is practically zero, so I'd suggest you move on.
it is depend on the status of facebook. At one point, Facebook's algorithm allowed us to appeal any account and revive it., but now is not
Of course, i will send an appeal first. But you shouldn't just wait for the result, in the meantime, continue working with a different BM
If it's a standard identity restriction, running a clean, identity confirmed profile as the admin usually does the trick. But honestly, if the BM gets a permanent policy ban, most methods fail or just burn the assets connected to it. Better to just move your pixels and pages to a fresh setup and keep moving
