I also started adult tube recently. I do a lot of SEO both on site and videos, but I add manually so it takes a lot of time. my videos get indexed after 3 days

You need to do keyword research, proper titles and descriptions. Mass adding thin-content videos will get you de-indexed from search engines eventually

Adult niche is very competitive. You need to know what you're doing.
