We run a UK-based OnlyFans agency currently generating ~$1M/month. Current Meta spend is around $300K/month across 18 to 20 accounts, scaling toward 7 figures. Accounts get restricted, infrastructure gets rebuilt overnight, and compliance moves constantly. If a disabled ad account reads as a Tuesday to you rather than a crisis, this is your environment.
You'd own the whole Meta operation: campaign build and scale, the creative testing pipeline, BM and account infrastructure (backups, warming, recovery), CPA judged against LTV and payback windows, reporting straight to the directors.
Requirements
5+ years personally operating Meta accounts (hands in the account, not managing people who do)
$100K+/month in spend you personally ran
Real ban recovery experience
Analytics beyond ROAS (cohorts, payback periods)
Restricted vertical history (nutra, dating, crypto, sweeps, adult) is a strong plus, not a requirement
Budget: $8,000 to $12,000/month USD base depending on experience, plus performance pay on top after probation.
