If he doesn't accept it, we won't be prepared to refund the full amount and will be banned because we disagree with the decision. So, either a partial refund or nothing.

Just to be clear - our ruling here does NOT mean that we think @ghost1906 is a scammer or a con artist or anything like that. We made our judgement based on the failure to deliver an advertised service, a failure to fix said service and threats that were made to a customer. As far as we're concerned, this is a decision based on extremely poor and unprofessional customer service.I'd rather have you out of this forum than get $100 from you.

Banning a member is ALWAYS a last resort here on BHW. We never enter any dispute looking to ban someone. If we make a decision in favour of an accuser, we are always seeking a refund first and foremost. As was the case here.
We don't really like the comment you've made and it doesn't reflect well on you as a professional to say things like this. You could have left well alone here but you chose not to and it's fair to say we're not impressed by your conduct. When you're saying you'd prefer to see someone banned rather than get the refund back that YOU asked for, that is you saying the quiet part out loud. We'd politely suggest you don't contibute anything else to this topic in case you say something else that doesn't sit well with us. Thank you.
