These are all hot wallets(what's not bad)
Cold are Trezor, Ledger and anything what's not on the internet

it is not a cold wallet, and an application that you install on your cell phone or browser but it only asks you to write down the words, it is very simple, yes they charge fees but very cheap ones ranging from 0.1$ to 0.4$; in my case I use it for usdt eth
 
metamask or phantom for hot wallet
ledger for cold wallet

Try trust wallet, metamask , coinbase wallet . What currencies do you intend to use for payment (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, etc.)?

My main focus is to get USDT, BTC
 
When you say 'take payment,' do you mean receiving payment? If so, you can try Exodus.
 
Trust wallet is pretty solid for mobile, no id needed. it's straightforward to set up and receive payments. personally, i prefer wallets that are more bare-bones and less reliant on cloud services for security
