US residential fibre/dsl lines are sold for $250/desktop/connection per month. But it's US.
If you can offer unshared fibre/DSL lines with desktop, maybe you can sell it for $50-100/m.

If you could offer non-shared fiber (example: 1 customer gets 1 own fiber account with own ip), you can offer the desktop on BHW marketplace once you have the Jr. Vip.
But as I said, the Ukraine isn't the US. You need to offer it for like $60 per month. Also, if you only offer shared IP, then its less.
