The best way is to use US accounts or those with a solid spending history, bro everything should be smooth as long as your IP is clean

You're making it sound harder than it is.If you wanna run ads in the US, just target the US. Wanna run in Canada? Target Canada. Facebook doesn't care where you're sitting, I've run campaigns in countries I've never even visited. The harder part isn't targeting the country, it's keeping your account, payment method, and ad account healthy. That's where most people get stuck.
