Facebook Ad Accounts Keep Getting Disabled After Setup – Need Advice

maybe your payment method or new bm trust is low, try warm up bm few days before running ads and use real profile.

Focus on using a verified Meta Platforms Business Manager with real identity/payment details, warm the page with organic activity for several days, and avoid frequent IP/device changes which often trigger automated ad account bans.

Your ad account isn't trustworthy enough; you need stronger ad accounts. Sometimes bans are issued for no reason at all; Meta has always been that confusing.

Hey BHW,
I’ve been trying to run Facebook ads, but every time I create a new account, it gets disabled within a few hours or right after launching the first campaign.
I’m promoting normal products - nothing aggressive.
Already tried:
1.New business managers and pages
2.Clean domains and landing pages
3.Basic warm-up like posting and page likes
4.Different IPs, browsers, and setups

Still, accounts don’t last more than a day.
If anyone here is running Facebook ads in 2025, I’d appreciate some help:
1.What setup is working now?
2.How do you warm up accounts properly?
3.What causes instant bans?
4.Any tips to keep accounts live longer?

Thanks.
FB is extremely aggressive with new ad accounts right now, even for normal products and clean setups. A lot of people are seeing the same instant disable issue.
What’s working for me to make them last longer:
  1. Build real organic history on the Page first (post content, get some likes/comments for 3-5 days before running any ads)
  2. Super slow warm-up: start with very small daily spend for the first 5-7 days, no big jumps
  3. Keep campaign structure simple (1 campaign, maximum 1-2 ad sets at the beginning)
  4. Use high-quality creatives + fast, clean landing pages
  5. Scale gradually only after you see consistent results for a week
Even with all this, random bans still happen – there’s no 100% safe method anymore.

If you want your Facebook ads account to last long, use a real account + verified BM, reputable fanpage & website, duplicate payment card information and start slowly with small interactions/ads before scaling.

Try warming up accounts slowly with organic actions, use a verified payment method, and avoid aggressive targeting or VPNs to keep your accounts from getting flagged.

To run ads on a new account, you need to "warm up" the account by leaving it unused for a day, then set up your first engagement campaign.

this is common now, not really about your ads but more about trust issue, new accounts with fresh setup, changing ip or device and reused payment methods get flagged very fast, better use aged profile with stable ip and real device, do some normal activity first and don’t run ads same day, if it still gets disabled in few hours then your whole setup is already flagged not just the account.

That's a classic fb struggle these days, their algo is on a serious power trip. Honestly, it often boils down to obscure trust signals and needing super aged, legit-looking profiles with real activity before you even think about ads, otherwise, you're just gonna keep hitting that instant ban wall

Try using legit info, start small with ads, gradually scale, and warm up accounts with real interactions to avoid bans.

If everything is getting disabled that fast, I would stop looking at campaigns and start auditing the assets. Usually it is not the ad itself but a trust issue somewhere in the profile, BM, payment method, or account history.

fresh personal accounts are a waste of time nowadays cuz meta flags them instantly, u need to buy aged profiles or rent agency accounts if u want to launch campaigns without bans.

Facebook has become much stricter with trust signals and account behavior Slow spending verified business details and consistent activity usually help accounts survive longer

That "basic warm-up" is probably your biggest hurdle. page likes are practically worthless these days. you need to treat new accounts like they're going to be audited from minute one. think about the whole user journey, not just posting. and forget about just changing ips; the fingerprinting is way more sophisticated now.
