Hey BHW,
I’ve been trying to run Facebook ads, but every time I create a new account, it gets disabled within a few hours or right after launching the first campaign.
I’m promoting normal products - nothing aggressive.
Already tried:
1.New business managers and pages
2.Clean domains and landing pages
3.Basic warm-up like posting and page likes
4.Different IPs, browsers, and setups

Still, accounts don’t last more than a day.
If anyone here is running Facebook ads in 2025, I’d appreciate some help:
1.What setup is working now?
2.How do you warm up accounts properly?
3.What causes instant bans?
4.Any tips to keep accounts live longer?

Thanks.

Yeah bro, fresh accs just don’t last now, FB flags them fast. Best shot is using aged accs with some spend history, warm them up a few days with cheap engagement or video view ads, keep all your biz info matching, and use a clean card or VCC that’s not burned. Also don’t go nuts changing settings in the first day or two, just let it look boring and normal.

First one
Day old or week old account won't work
Via IG, yes..that may work, but you will be limited in some ways

You need atleast 3 months old account and verified with id preferably

First world account even if verified won't work too, as they get banned quickly

Vcc are still been accepted

Where a vcc is rejected after initial verification..try again in 24 hours
It will work

Using ads manager to setup campaign on new account can get you flagged also

The boost features should work
Prepaid account from Third world works perfectly..but refund will take time

This is happening to a lot of people right now it’s not always about the product, but the way the account “trust score” is built. Even if you’re promoting clean offers, FB is extremely strict with new accounts in 2025.
Some key things that usually make a difference:
Account history & fingerprint match → if the browser/proxy doesn’t align with the account’s original fingerprint, bans come fast.
Warm-up strategy → not just posting/likes, but staged activity over days (engagement, ad spend pattern, billing trust).
Business structure → weak BMs get flagged immediately, so scaling requires a certain layering method.
I’ve been testing setups that avoid these instant bans and keep campaigns live longer. If you want, I can share what’s been working for me recently. Just shoot me a DM here, or if it’s easier, you can reach me on TG: @consultant900.

Early disabled advertising accounts are due to unclean environments or too fast activity. You should use a clean profile, not violating Facebook regulations, clean IP and take good care of it for a few days before creating BM and advertising.
Do not create and run immediately, it is easy to be flagged.
Careful setup, natural activity is the most important factor today.

Yeah, that’s normal in 2025. FB kills fresh accounts fast if they look spun up for ads only. What works now: use aged personal profiles with real activity, don’t rush into BM/ad account creation, space things out. Run some small boosts before going for conversions.

Instant bans usually come from reusing cards, mismatched IP/proxy, or launching everything day one. Keep setups consistent (residential IP, real business info, card at BM level).

Main tip: slow down. Build like a normal user would, don’t recycle domains/creatives across multiple accounts, and have backups ready because even clean accounts get clipped sometimes.

I hear your frustration – in 2025 Facebook seems hypersensitive to brand new ad accounts. In my experience it's less about the offer and more about the trust score you build. I try to start with an aged personal profile that's been ID‑verified, then create the BM and page and let them sit with some normal activity (likes, posts) for a few days. When I do launch ads, I warm up with cheap engagement or video‑view campaigns at very low spend and avoid making any big changes for the first week. Matching your IP/location and payment method to the business info also helps. Are you reusing the same domains or creatives across these fresh accounts? I've found that can trigger instant bans.

In 2025, FB is way stricter — even “clean” offers can trigger instant bans if your setup looks connected. The main issues are:
  • Too many linked signals (same payment, domains, IP history).
  • Weak/brand-new accounts without spending history.
  • Over-editing during the first 24–48h.
What works now: start with aged/verified accounts that already have history, warm them gradually (low spend, engagement ads first), and scale only after stability. We manage this kind of setup for clients so campaigns can actually run longer instead of dying after a day.

1. Try to use aged Facebook accounts instead of creating new ones, as it can help in avoiding quick bans.
2. Ensure that you are gradually increasing your ad spend and not abruptly jumping to high budgets.
3. Make sure your ad content complies with Facebook's policies to prevent instant bans.
4. Consider using virtual private networks (VPNs) to mask your IP address and avoid detection.
5. Keep monitoring your ads regularly to address any issues promptly.

Yeah that’s the usual pain with FB now. New BMs + clean domains don’t mean much if the account looks fresh. Warm them with real actions (watch vids, like/comment, even a few friend adds) before dropping ads. Don’t scale on day 1 and avoid brand new domains right away. Billing info also matters, sloppy cards get you insta-ban

If you want your Facebook ads account to last long, use a real account + verified BM, reputable fanpage & website, duplicate payment card information and start slowly with small interactions/ads before scaling.

Instant bans usually mean FB is catching something in your setup before the ad even runs. Right now, people are having better luck with aged/verified accounts and slower warm-up — posting, engagement, and small spend over a few days before launching real campaigns. Also make sure payment methods and business info look consistent. The tiniest mismatch can trigger bans.

1. Use a proxy us, do not create a new facebook account you should find old profiles best is a us profile, use a personal account or create BM in that profile creating an advertising account can be easily banned I really recommend you buy BM because currently creating a new BM then running ads can still be banned due to abnormal signs and everything depends on the amount of money you have if you have time you can try running 5-10$ per day with a completely clean campaign to warm up the advertising account
2. If you buy an account you should let the profile hold that account and do nothing after 3-4 hours for healthy accounts no need to warm up just let the account get used to the environment
3. Usually because creating BM right in the profile will cause the account to show abnormal signs so it is very difficult to create unless your profile is super old (I only talk about accounts being banned at first but if the campaign is rejected it will be another story)
4. Time is the trick every Step 1: You need to wait 1-2 days then do the next step, for example, create an advertising account, do not launch a campaign immediately, but wait 1 day, then add a card and wait 4-5 hours to launch a campaign or longer depending on the strength of the profile that created that account.

Now Facebook is tightening the way it works with newly created accounts, so you should create it then leave it for a week and then use it, create a bait campaign with the smallest budget, wait for it to spend for a while then create another campaign, if you don't want to wait long, find partners who have old accounts, strong accounts from large BMs

you can create more ad accounts and don't use it for 7-15 days , then you can start adding payment cards and use it , first warm up with 20-50$ campaigns maintain 1-2 days before increasing budget

I found that mixing organic activity like posts and comments before any ads reduces instant bans.

It sounds like Facebook’s automated systems might be flagging your setup; to avoid bans, try using a verified payment method, ensure your ads align with FB’s latest policy updates, and gradually scale your activity with organic engagement before launching campaigns.

make sure your name, payment method and business details match real info on Facebook, warm up few days slow and avoid any risky creatives because even small trust issues can trigger instant ban.

Try using a high-quality residential proxy or a warmed-up aged account, FB's bot is likely flagging your browser fingerprint.

biggest thing nobody mentions is don't create the bm yourself on a fresh profile. get someone with an established bm to add you as a partner instead, way less flags. also stop switching ips and browsers every time you get banned, fb connects all that stuff and it just makes your next account look even more suspicious lol.
