What is the best email server for a Facebook account farm?

use a normal long-term inbox (Gmail/Outlook/iCloud or your own domain) + 2FA. For many mailboxes, use Thunderbird or a domain with aliases instead of juggling lots of IMAP in Outlook.

There’s no safe “best” server for account farms; Facebook flags patterns. For legitimate use, choose reputable ESPs, custom domains, proper DNS, warming, and compliant workflows.
 
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Outlook), Proton Mail these are best email server for a Facebook account farm.

I use a Gmail account. It's faster and more convenient to access.

I don't know what method you're using to change your IP addres , but Adspower has been quite effective for me , and my account has been banned much less often, it should be safer for you, can try my method
