Attention Free Users: I fixed an issue for free users trying to download free plugins and themes and receiving a 403 error. This has bene resolved.
Sure I'll get these updated. I'm running into issues with AzonPress but will get that updated as soon as I can.

You can try to install Wordfence free version and claim a key and register it as free version. I had no issues with WF 8.1.4.
