I'd stay away from that tbh. Etsy is pretty good at spotting stuff like this, and it's not worth risking your shop. Better to put that effort into getting real sales and reviews.

If your goal is to improve rankings, I'd focus on optimizing your listings, getting genuine customer reviews, and running Etsy Ads or promotions instead. Those methods are much more sustainable in the long run.
For account security in general, if you need to access your shop while traveling, it's better to use a consistent connection and device rather than frequently changing locations or setups.
