Hi,

I own a lot of local websites, mostly lead-generation sites for local service businesses.
And I need to sign up for GBP.

I don't have the actual business names, addresses, and phone numbers for each of these entities.
All I have is my home address and phone numbers.
And is this work with my info on GBP for all my sites?

Currently, I have 5 sites and am looking to expand to 20 by the end of this year.

Please advise if it's doable and will not have issue with Google.

Any body has comment on this issue?

It's doable, but it'll be a never ending battle with Google as these aren't 'legitimate' businesses.

How is this doable?
Can you elaborate, because in my opinion, you're giving misleading information.

I would tread carefully with Google when doing this type of business.
They strictly forbid duplicate addresses and phone numbers.

5 distinct businesses with the same address, and same phone number (much less 20)
would be extremely risky.

It's a massive violation therefore it's highly unlikely those GBP's will last long.

I have contacted a few GBP providers here in BHW, and they're all saying it's possible.
And cost $300 per GBP... is it a good investment?

Not a good investment. I am also on the same path and all you can do is rank organically or go for PPC. These GBPs get suspended within a month and you'll lose all your money. Better focus on ranking organically in the SERPs

Do you think you can rank top 3 in certain local service keywords without GBP?

Not in every niche but saw two websites rank#1 in two of the toughest niches within 3 months with completely new EMDs so anything is possible.

So, it's still possible with only citation, on-page SEO, backlink, etc... but, no GBP.

It will not be any issues at all with google as per my own experience saying
Are you saying you don't have issue with Google for using same address for multiple sites on GBP?

Bro I have seen proof but there's no guarantee. I myself am trying and I have a 1 month old website that's on position 12 in a matter of 1 month. 1 Guest post built, 2-3 low quality citations. it's a tough niche so don't know if I can be #1 but pos. 2-3 is possible.

The example I saw ranking #1 is the toughest local SEO niche with crazy SEO spending I mean the big boys who spend $3000/month and more on links. I tracked that site for an year and it was #1 for an year and for 1-2 months it even ranked before the Map pack which is freaking crazy. It's a leadgen website with no GBP, poor qualtiy citations, no GPs or Niche Edits. Could be using PBN but can't say for sure. Oh and the content is pure AI Bullcrap with a poor design and poor quality stock images. Site doesn't even have an image logo just text for a logo.

Currently it ranks #4-5 and site doesn't even open because SSL has expired. Don't know what black magic the guy's done but I still laugh at this.

So, anything is possible in SEO

Is it normal that I have to take video of my physical place for GBP verification?
Don't they do post card anymore?

If one or more of your GBP's gets flagged they could ask to see the signage and a video of the premises.

Do you have a different signage for each GBP?
What DP are you using?

Use different pin coordinates.
Don't give each business the same pin drop.
And use different phone numbers.

so many posts nothing resolved .

So you took the time out of your day just to write a comment that contributes absolutely nothing, just to complain about someone contributing nothing?
Radical consistency?

I mean, 58k+ post count, by now you're skilled at announcing your boredom and contributing nothing to conversations.

You could just ignore a thread if you don't have anything of value to contribute, but you chose to troll. Lol
It's immature.

I appreciate everyone who contributes and answers my questions.
Even though some of the questions I asked went unanswered, I'm learning and will keep posting new questions as I follow up on setting up my GBP.

It's possible, but you'll probably be dealing with Google on an ongoing basis since these businesses don't exactly fit within their standard guidelines.

I have not submit/setup any of my local leadgen website to GBP yet.
I was about to submit the first one, and it require me to verify with video of the premises.
Is it OK with take video of my house?

I'm planning to use different phone number, and email addresses, but I don't know what to do with address for my multiple leadgen sites.

wouldn't do it. one address tied to a pile of unrelated listings creates a footprint that's hard to explain. some people get away with it for a while, then lose multiple profiles at once. gbp works best when the business, contact details, and local presence are real and consistent.

You definetely can. If the competition is low and you have created the EMD site with proper content and URL structure. And yes, you will need backlinks for it as well.

I have ranked my own rank and rent project, which was low competition and low volume. And EMDs do work in local SEO.
