YouTube Channel Terminated

Hello.
I recently had my youtube channel terminated. It was a wildlife documentary channel with couple videos ,
I had it for a month and then Youtube terminated it .

About 3 years ago I had channel where I was posting animal videos from my ranch including a video of my 2 aquarium fish fighting.
That led to the termination of the account which is rediculous. I was told by Youtube that this was some sort of animal abuse and that the decision is final .
So I just left everything and forgot about it. Until recently I decided to create quality documentary content but because of that old channel the new one was terminated once again.

I created the channel with a diferent emaill but from the same PC, also I used the the same phone number. I suppose thats how Youtube found out.
Its a pity because I have passion for creating documentary content and i edit eveything myself, voicover narration made by me, licensed footage and yet because of some stupid fish video from long ago I am banned for life which is insane.
So I am asking if anybody knows how I can create a youtube account and also apply for ADSense without getting terminated again.
I tried contacting them multiple times , they told me that they will not fix the issue so I am out of options and yet I dont want to give up on creating youtube content.

Looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with something similar. Thanks in Advance!

The best you can do is get a new router (reset ip), and PC, and get a real company entity, that you can place in charge of the new account and register business wise, on your companies behalf, and keep your details out of it.

If that still doesn't work, then go elsewhere and give up YouTube.

PC, Ips will not create any problems. just make sure that you use brand new phone number to verify your YT account.

Everything, including your IP address and phone number, needs to be different. That's how you can open your new YouTube channel.

If I use a family member s phone to verify the account what should I do if I have to apply for adsense later on? Should I use the same phone number for the bank account and ad sense profile? Also I suppose the bank account shouldnt be with the old phone number that was leading to that old channel that got terminated?

Get new devices and phone number that should solve the problem of your new channels being linked to the old one.

Another option is buying a monetized channel that has already been verified to use. If you want to recover the recently terminated channel it is also possible with some services though it is usually high ticket.

Do you know any services that I can contact? If there is a way to recover the right to create a new youtube channel it would save me some headaches.

don't involve your family or friends in matters such as making money for the admin side of things. Its a disaster waiting to happen, and you'll get caught out. Try and see. lol, people been here many times before and complained the same caught becuase of it.

You either go full in with the clean sweep method, and expect to it pretty much work. Has worked for me for an unmentioned site. And if you involve F&F guranteed things go wrong. YOu won't be able to id things, and asking someone to kyc something in order for them to never have access, or always be associacted with it, is not a good business decision, as its something that isn't yours and considered money laundering/identity theft pretty much. You dont have this problem with a clean sweep & business method.

There is none such nonsense. Google employees are too busy making millions from polymarket, to make $1k+ from a random noob on a forum and risk their job.

Its only scammers that offer such "working insider" services as they see you coming a mile away

If YouTube permanently banned your first account, any new channel you create may also get removed. The best thing you can do is keep appealing and explain your situation. Sadly, there is no safe way to avoid the ban if YouTube has already linked the new account to you.

I went through the same thing, back in 2014-2015 I had a YouTube channel that was terminated, so I left YouTube till 2024 started a channel using the same computer, in which I had the old gmail still running in a separate chrome profile and the new brand channel in another chrome profile, I used new phone number for verification and different ip. Then suddenly this year YouTube terminated my channel saying for circumvention. So what I recommend is to have a setup that doesn't involve your previous fingerprints. Phone number, IP ...

Thank you all for the advises. I will start over with everything new , PC , wifi, phone and etc. We will see what will happen. In the mean time I will give couple more tries for appealing to Youtube.

That must be tough especially if the channel had been active for a long time Whenever I hear about channel terminations I'm always curious about what reason YouTube provided because sometimes the details make a big difference Hopefully you can get more clarity on what happened and whether there's an option to appeal the decision

Can you tell me more about the cookie cache and the proxies. How those things work?

new channels made from the same device, phone number, or identity signals can get auto-flagged again. best thing to do is ask a close and trusted friend or relative that is not easily blinded by money when you're earning pretty big already

Yeah I can do that. The only thing thats bothering is the fact that I created a very high quality Ai voice of my narrations which was used for 2 videos in the youtube account that got terminated. I wonder if i use it in the new account will it get flagged even after changing Devices , phones etc.

The AI voice that I have created for narration is refined and it sounds just like a profesional narrator. But I have used it twice on my terminated account.

The violation they accused you of is quite serious. You're basically blacklisted from YouTube for life. if you already provided personal details like payments, you cant create a new channel using those either. Maybe use a family member's and get new ip adress too. A lifetime ban is serious, or you could try somewhere else

I didnt provide any personal details like payments and etc. The only personal info is my first name and last name.

Well just change the ip and use a new device, that should be easy, but check policies before posting, if you're not sure just ask Gemini if the content could get banned before posting it
